Altcoins such as Terra Luna Classic (LUNC), Dogecoin (DOGE), and Solana (SOL) are set to reach new highs, influenced by the upcoming Bitcoin halving event and the potential approval of a spot Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF).</p>
