Under this act, companies utilizing generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney are required to disclose any copyrighted material used in developing their systems.&nbsp;
The legislation is currently undergoing collaboration between EU lawmakers and member states to finalize the bill’s details. AI tools are categorized based on the risk level they pose, ranging from low to limited, high, or unacceptable.
