In a swift recovery, <a href="https://cryptosnewss.com/bitcoins-halving-horizon-a-rekt-capital-analysis/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Bitcoin</a> has bounced back above $37,000, reigniting bullish sentiments within the crypto market. The leading cryptocurrency is now setting its sights on a significant upside breakthrough, targeting key resistance levels at $37,750 and $38,000.
Positive indicators are emerging as Bitcoin tests the $37,750 resistance, trading comfortably above $37,000 and the 100 hourly Simple Moving Average. Notably, a crucial bearish trend line, previously impeding progress near $37,150, was breached, as confirmed by the hourly chart of the BTC/USD pair based on data from Kraken.
The recent dip in Bitcoin’s price followed reports of Binance’s settlement and <a href="https://cryptosnewss.com/binance-at-crossroads-4-billion-doj-settlement-looms-amidst-allegations/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Changpeng Zhao</a> (CZ) stepping down. Despite briefly slipping below the $37,000 support, bullish forces quickly intervened around the $35,650 mark, preventing further losses.
A bottom was established near $35,645, initiating a robust recovery that erased all prior losses and propelled Bitcoin above the $37,000 mark. The breakthrough continued with the breach of the $37,500 level, leading to a critical test at the $37,750 hurdle. Bitcoin’s current position above $37,000, along with the 100 hourly Simple Moving Average, underscores its newfound strength.
Looking ahead, the immediate obstacle lies at the $37,750 level, with a pivotal resistance forming at $38,000. A decisive close above $38,000 could catalyze a substantial upward movement, with the next significant resistance anticipated at $38,800. Further momentum beyond this level might propel Bitcoin toward the $39,200 mark and potentially test the $40,000 resistance.
