Several reports are rolling out in the market about the death of metaverse but the venture capital continues to flow into companies developing it. On Tuesday, “Life Beyond” developer Darewise Entertainment announced that it had raised $3.5 Million in token presales.
Benjamin Charbit, CEO of Darewise Entertainment said that they are happy to invite meaningful investors who should believe in their project. But they also want the investors to come from gaming and Web3 culture. It is an important indicator of confidence in building on the Bitcoin ecosystem.

The Darewise token which is developed by Horizon Labs, is expected to launch early next year. Horizon Labs was the team behind the Ethereum-based ApeCoin (APE) token which launched in March 2022.
Darewise Entertainment projected to build its <a href="https://www.thecoinrepublic.com/2023/10/09/2023-guide-to-investing-in-cryptocurrency/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">metaverse ecosystem</a> around Bitcoin Ordinals. This protocol allows the user to inscribe images, text, and even video games on the Bitcoin blockchain and create BRC-20 tokens. Satoshi is the smallest denomination of a Bitcoin and ordinal inscriptions are digital assets digitally recorded to a single satoshi.
Darewise Entertainment is a subsidiary of Animoca Brand. It reported that investors in the token sale included Gamefi Ventures, Citizen Capital, London Real Ventures, Blocore, and Animoca Ventures.
The token sale was announced last month and Darewise Entertainment said that they had plans for the metaverse which includes gaming, brand integrations, real-world experience, and more. The Darewise token is the native currency of the universe.
Animoca Brands is a Hong Kong software company launched in 2014. The company had a valuation of $5.9 Billion by September 2022. Animoca brand is behind some popular Ethereum-based games like The Sandbox which is the virtual home for several high-profile celebrities like Snoop Dogg and Paris Hilton.&nbsp;
The Metaverse is a virtual world with 3D avatars. It is a platform where anyone can represent their avatars and interact with others. It is a complete world that provides the chance to play games, trade, live a virtual life, buy lands, interact with others, etc.

James Lim, Blocore founder said in the statement that they have invested in Darewise and Life Beyond because they are attracted by the developing integration of the Bitcoin ecosystem.
