As cryptocurrency markets continue to grow, they are attracting the attention of institutional investors. Prices are rising, and so are profits. However, after the recent bull season, unprecedented events have been unfolding on the macro front. Rapid interest rate hikes by the Fed, wars, global inflation, and much more. As a result, if the wind blows, <a href="https://en.coin-turk.com/will-bitcoin-rise-expert-predictions-and-crypto-market-analysis/" data-wpel-link="internal" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Bitcoin</a> will lean.

Even before the intensification of the conflicts between Palestine and Israel, there were already enough wars in many parts of the world. Innocent people were caught in the middle of wars and conflicts in Serbia, Russia, Iraq, Syria, and many other regions.
Recently intensified conflicts could turn expectations for the global economy negative. Although the clear effects have not yet been felt, we have seen statements from Fed member Bostic and the World Bank President on the issue.
Ajay Banga from the World Bank said:

The IMF and World Bank meetings will continue throughout the week. We are likely to see more statements about the global economy. On the other hand, Fed’s dovish member Bostic said the following:

 “The impact of the Israel-Palestine war on the economy is uncertain. We still have a long way to go to reach our inflation target. The Fed needs to be agile and ready to adapt to risks. There is more that we need to do. I believe that the policy rate is sufficiently restrictive to bring inflation to 2%. The economy is clearly slowing down, and many effects (the impact of tight monetary policy) have not been felt. If things develop differently from my perspective, we may need to raise interest rates. But for now, I don’t expect any rate hikes.”
</blockquote>
As Fed policy becomes complex enough, crypto investors will now need to monitor the effects of ongoing conflicts on the global economy. The increase in oil prices seems to initially undermine the decrease in inflation.
