<p>Ethereum futures ETFs have been plagued by regulatory uncertainties from the outset. Unlike <a href="https://www.altcoinbuzz.io/?s=bitcoin" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Bitcoin</a>, which has received more clarity from regulators, Ethereum’s status as a security or commodity has remained a contentious issue. The lack of clear regulatory guidelines has made it challenging for ETF providers to navigate the approval process and satisfy the concerns of regulatory bodies like the SEC.
