Alderoty predicts that <a href="https://coinpedia.org/news/sec-chairman-gary-gensler-urges-crypto-regulatory-adherence-ahead-of-wednesdays-hearing/">Gary Gensler</a>, the Chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), will maintain his position that XRP does not adhere to investment regulations.</p>
