<p>Circle, a prominent stablecoin issuer, announced on September 26 its groundbreaking move to introduce a Stellar version of its euro-backed stablecoin, EURC. Prior to this development, the EURC stablecoin made its mark on both Ethereum and Avalanche networks.</p>
