Cryptopia

This past month has been nothing short of extraordinary. From a flurry of developmental updates to an array of engaging community events—such as the TOKEN2049 Booth Design Contest, a Karaoke Night with the SingSing community, and a highly-anticipated raffle for an Early Access Ship—there's been no shortage of excitement. Additionally, we achieved a significant following milestone on CoinMarketCap, earned listings on various aggregators, readied ourselves for the debut of a New Mint Page, and secured several new partnerships. All in all, it has been a month brimming with activity and achievements.

Frank Interview Article

Frank Bonnet, our Founder and Lead Developer recently had an exclusive interview with Coingape. The interview shed light on the unique elements that make Cryptopia a game-changer in the blockchain gaming world. Starting his foray into the blockchain universe back in 2016, Frank has always been ahead of the curve. Inspired by his love for the Civilization franchise, he envisioned Cryptopia as a groundbreaking game offering unparalleled decentralization and security features. Beyond merely being a game, Cryptopia stands as a broader technological ecosystem. We've developed a comprehensive software development kit that includes a standalone multisig wallet and a decentralized node network. These innovations are aimed not only at enhancing the Cryptopia experience but also at providing valuable tools for other game developers. Frank invites everyone to be a part of this exciting journey as we redefine the future of gaming and blockchain technology.

TOKEN2049 Booth Design Contest

As we revealed in the previous month’s monthly update, we’ll be participating in the TOKEN2049 event in Singapore this year. It takes place on September 13-14, 2023, at Marina Bay Sands.

In celebration of Cryptopia's role as a Gold Partner at the TOKEN2049 event in Singapore, we hosted the Cryptopia Booth Design Contest! The contest took place from August 2-31 and offered participants a platform to unleash their creativity. To take part, individuals downloaded our booth design template and followed guidance from a video tutorial. Participants then shared their designs on Twitter, tagging @CryptopiaOFCL and using the hashtags #TOKEN2049 and #CryptopiaAtToken2049. They also submitted screenshots of their tweets via Zealy. The winners, judged by selected members of Cryptopia Management, stood a chance to win up to $50 for the Best Design, with 1st and 2nd runners-up receiving $40 and $30, respectively.

Additionally, Zealy participants had the opportunity to enter a special raffle, where completing more quests increased their odds of being one of five winners to pocket $10 each. It was an incredible opportunity for our community to showcase their artistic prowess and contribute to the excitement at TOKEN2049! The contest was purely for enjoyment, and it's worth noting that the winning designs were not integrated into the official Cryptopia Booth.
