<p>OSMO price has been in a strong downtrend since the formation of the annual high at $1.259, dropping nearly about 62%. The cryptocurrency price has declined significantly after the break of yearly lows.&nbsp;</p> 
<p>The announcement by BlackRock, an investment banking firm, regarding Bitcoin Spot ETF which turned the whole crypto market bullish, helped Osmo price in gaining stability.&nbsp;</p> 
<p>Osmosis price formed support at $0.45 and commenced its bullish journey which helped the price in rising above $0.50. The news regarding XRP vs the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) also fueled the bullish rally and the price surged to form a high of $0.679 on July 14, 2023. The price faced strong rejection from the high and closed below the $0.56 level.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The move was halted and the trend was shifted to bearish. Recently, the OSMO price has broken below the support level of $0.48. Bears did not find the price justifiable above $0.50 and entered into the market to push below it.&nbsp;</p> 
<p>The previous candle has been successful in closing below $0.48 and the current candle has broken the low. The current candle seems to have less bearish volume and has not shown any major moves. If bearish momentum hits the market, the price might melt to the $0.45 level causing a loss of roughly 3.37%.&nbsp;</p> 
<p>On the other hand, if bulls take control and push the price above the $0.48 level, it might rise above $0.50 and retest the resistance level of $0.56.</p>

The DAA peaked on May 7th reaching, 36,910 since then there has been a strong drop. The daily transaction has also dropped 8.1% to 83,609 in the last 90 days.&nbsp;</p> 
<p>The total value locked also fell by 29.8% to $114.3 in the last 90 days. TVL reached $166.15 Million on May 3rd after which it has been declining, indicating an outflow of capital and a decrease in the trust of the users.</p>
