U.S. Regulatory Crackdown:



As Asia thrives amidst favorable regulatory changes, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has taken an increasingly aggressive stance towards the crypto sector. Recent lawsuits against prominent crypto exchanges, including Binance and Coinbase, have added to the regulatory uncertainty and heightened the industry&#8217;s apprehension.



The SEC&#8217;s actions have included charging Binance and its founder Changpeng Zhao with multiple offenses, accusing them of operating a &#8220;web of deception.&#8221; Similarly, <a href="https://news.todayq.com/news/coinbase-executive-says-that-the-us-is-losing-its-position-as-the-crypto-hub/">Coinbase</a> has faced accusations of operating as an unregistered broker, exchange, and clearing agency, potentially putting customers at risk.
