That’s according to the Web3 Security Quarterly Report <a href="https://www.certik.com/resources/blog/7fuXtbfo4CXEXcwy5Pqijp-hack3d-the-web3-security-quarterly-report-q2-2022" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">for Q2 2022,</a> which reports that over $2 billion has been lost to hacks and exploits in Q1 and Q2 alone. If we want to buck this trend for 2023, securing and auditing web3 projects is paramount.
