TxFlow

Launched on 28/03/2026, TxFlow DEX is a decentralised central limit order book (CLOB) exchange built natively on TxFlow L1, a high-performance Layer 1 blockchain headquartered in Road Town, British Virgin Islands. The exchange supports perpetual derivatives markets and operates with full on-chain settlement — including order placement, cancellation, matching, and liquidation — with no off-chain components in the trading stack.

The platform supports Protocol Vaults and User Vaults, enabling liquidity provisioning and strategy deployment by both the protocol and individual users. A blockchain explorer provides real-time public visibility into all on-chain activity. Access is currently invitation-only, with open onboarding available at txflow.com.

TxFlow DEX is the first "Channel" application on TxFlow L1, a modular application framework governed by TIP Liquidity Standards. TIP1 defines standards for spot trading, TIP2 for derivatives, and TIP3 for prediction markets. Additional TIP standards are expected as the ecosystem expands. The architecture allows new Channels to access shared on-chain liquidity and market data from TxFlow L1 without requiring independent liquidity bootstrapping.

TxFlow L1 processes over 250,000 transactions per second on-chain. Two architectural decisions support this throughput: DAG-based parallel execution enables simultaneous processing of non-conflicting transactions, while a multi-threaded pipeline with a state machine eliminates processing bottlenecks. These properties are designed specifically to meet the demands of high-frequency, CLOB-based trading at production scale, with one-block finality. The exchange operates without investor token allocation. Governance and ownership rest entirely with the community.
