It&#39;s only been two weeks since our Lean library was launched, and we&#39;ve had over 2,500 views of the publications! <a href="https://leancommunity.org/library/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">LEAN Library</a>This is an excellent result, especially while we are just starting. At this point, we have over a dozen publications waiting to be published. We want to publish the case study, article, column or video at least once every 2-3 days. The entire publication procedure is described in our Lean Management System - LMS. By the end of the year, we should exceed over 100 publications on the Lean Library! What&#39;s unique about this initiative is that most of the publications are written by management practitioners - people who work in industry. Hence, we refer to the Lean Library as P2P: Practitioners-to-Practitioners, Professionals-to-Professionals. At this moment we have 11 authors which is a good result for 14 days. The library is focused on all management publications, not only Lean Management. We want to create the largest free library for people who want to develop their management competences. We are only at the beginning of gaining valuable partnerships. We have been working since November 2021 with the LeanVlog YT channel, which has over 30,000 subscribers. As part of the cooperation, a movie is created once a month, with the script provided by the Lean Community team. It is for this purpose that we are currently creating our two flagship projects: Lean Marketplace and Skiller Network. In the future, we will build an innovative Metaverse in the field of education. We also want to touch the new technology layer, hence the Lean Management Token is an important element of our project. We believe that a global community-building project can come into being when it has its own digitized currency. Due to the fact that $LEAN is built on the basis of blockchain technology, we have a guaranteed full transparency of transactions, as well as a specified maximum supply. At this moment there are over 60,000 holders of $LEAN - people who invested in our project and want to use $LEAN for buying and selling services on our platforms. Unlike FIAT currencies, $LEAN is a deflationary currency whose maximum supply will be reduced from 3,000,000 $LEAN (Initial Supply) to a maximum of 1,500,000 $LEAN. At this point, the supply has been reduced by almost 10% - 300,000 $LEAN. We are aware that some people may have doubts about digitized currencies, but the same doubts were about the Internet and projects created during the so-called &#34;Revolution .com&#34;. We want to support the industry by providing business services. We develop Lean VR, support legalistic projects, provide IT services, consulting services and create 2D / 3D games.
