BlackRock, managing over $10 trillion in assets, now links TradFi and crypto with ETFs, notably through a Bitcoin Spot ETF. This historic move legitimizes web3, broadens crypto investment and has created headlines all over the world.
PAYPAL
PayPal bridges traditional finance and crypto for its 430 million users. It integrated crypto transactions, introducing digital currencies with PYUSD, its US dollar-tied stablecoin. This enables easy crypto use for transfers and purchases, building a very real bridge from Tradfi to crypto.
STARBUCKS
Starbucks is transforming the world’s biggest loyalty program into a Web3 experience. Starbucks Odyssey uses "Journey Stamps" and "Odyssey Points" to gamify customer engagement. It plans to introduce NFTs to its 100 million daily customers, significantly scaling the market for digital tokens.
NIKE
Nike has been making strides in Web3 space for years with digital NFT collectibles. This year, via their Web3 portal Swoosh, Nike partnered with Fortnite and EA Sports, introducing millions to blockchain by fusing fashion, sport, gaming and Web3.
Reddit, with its 400 million users, moves beyond memes to lead the web2 to web3 shift. Its NFT avatars, featuring Snoo, simplify web3 access. These gamified, customizable avatars make new technology accessible globally, promoting widespread adoption.
