<p class="p1" style="text-align: justify">A multi-chain <a href="https://en.coin-turk.com/what-is-a-decentralized-exchange/" data-wpel-link="internal">decentralized exchange</a> (DEX) PancakeSwap has partnered with Allora Network to launch an AI-powered Prediction Market on the Arbitrum network. The new Prediction Market will include <a href="https://newslinker.co/category/ai/" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-wpel-link="exclude">AI-focused</a> price flow data obtained through PancakeSwap’s new decentralized AI network partner, Allora.</p> 
<h2 class="p1" style="text-align: justify" id="new-step-from-pancakeswap-team">New Step from PancakeSwap Team</h2> 
<p class="p1" style="text-align: justify">Thanks to Allora’s machine learning capabilities, PancakeSwap users will be able to predict Ethereum price movements on the Arbitrum network. PancakeSwap Product Manager Chef Gyoza explained the decision to collaborate with Allora in an interview:</p>

 <p class="p1" style="text-align: justify">“Over the past 3 years, models created by the Allora Labs team have effectively produced price predictions for over 400 million assets with 95-99% confidence for the most accurate predictions.”</p> 
</blockquote> 
<p class="p1" style="text-align: justify">Allora’s AI price prediction models will predict the likelihood of different crypto asset prices rising or falling, and users can then make predictions based on this. The payment process is guided by the accuracy of the AI, and as users make predictions in the Prediction Market, it adjusts over time based on the AI’s performance. Gyoza summarized the new Prediction Market as follows:</p>

 <p class="p1" style="text-align: justify">“PancakeSwap users can follow the AI’s prediction or oppose it. With the AI’s performance achieving nearly 65% accuracy in our tests, users will need to choose when to oppose the AI, which naturally will have higher odds.”</p>

<p class="p1" style="text-align: justify">Gyoza added the following statements regarding the potential for market manipulation and users taking advantage of the new Prediction Market feature:</p>

 <p class="p1" style="text-align: justify">“Users can track all history, price flow history, and AI prediction history via the history tab on the prediction page. All results are also finalized on-chain via our prediction v2 contract.”</p>

<p class="p1" style="text-align: justify">Gyoza explained that the AI prediction is only published after rounds are locked and manipulation is prevented as users do not express directional positions. As a new market feature, Gyoza expressed his view on the impact of PancakeSwap’s Prediction Market on liquidity and volatility on the platform:</p>

 <p class="p1" style="text-align: justify">“Since it is still a newly formed product, we do not think it will significantly affect the market. However, as a partner of Allora, we believe we can expand our predictions to many other on-chain and off-chain markets.”</p>

<p class="p1" style="text-align: justify">PancakeSwap recently announced that it is preparing to launch the AI-powered portfolio management tool CupcakeHop, developed by Bril Finance. This new tool, scheduled to be available in August, is designed to offer tailored <a href="https://finance.coin-turk.com/" data-wpel-link="exclude">investment strategies</a> and real-time risk management to a broader audience.</p>
