🚨 New Governance Proposal is Live

A proposal has been published to authorize engagement with select secondary exchanges for LCAI listing through the LCAI DUNA Administrator.

This proposal enables Quantum Counsel, LLC to begin evaluating and coordinating additional exchange opportunities to support liquidity, accessibility, and early market presence.

This builds on the approved Kraken proposal and allows Lightchain AI to pursue faster listing opportunities while maintaining full DAO control.
