The SDK 50.13 proposal has not been accepted yet. Final verification has been requested by Orbit Labs. I believe the SDK 50.13 update is highly likely to be included in the Terra Classic chain upgrade. If the proposal arrives within 1-2 days, it will be ready for the upgrade. We'll see if they act quickly on this issue...
