#TrumpMedia Files Truth Social $BTC and $ETH #ETF Application


Trump Media and Technology Group has filed with the SEC for a dual $BTC and $ETH #ETF under the Truth Social banner.


The proposed fund would hold 75% Bitcoin and 25% Ethereum, serving as custodian and liquidity provider.


This marks the second #ETF filing from Trump Media, following their standalone $BTC ETF application in early June.


The company partnered with Yorkville America Digital to sponsor both filings, registering as Nevada business trusts rather than Delaware statutory trusts.


Trump Media aims to launch a suite of "America First" crypto products, though only the two Truth Social ETFs have formal SEC filings to date.


The move follows the company's $2.4 billion fundraise in May to establish a #Bitcoin treasury, though no BTC purchases have been announced yet.


Shares of Trump Media (DJT) traded down nearly 2% to $19.18 following the announcement.
