Tron USDT Supply Overtakes Ethereum for First Time in History


$TRX blockchain has achieved a historic milestone by surpassing Ethereum in $USDT stablecoin supply.


TRC-20 $USDT now holds $73.8 billion in market capitalization, compared to Ethereum's $71.9 billion.


CryptoQuant analyst JA Maartunn confirmed this is the first-ever "flippening" between the two dominant $USDT networks.


Tron founder Justin Sun celebrated the accomplishment on X, marking a significant achievement for the network.


Tether's transparency portal verifies that Tron hosts $73.17 billion in circulating $USDT versus Ethereum's $71.69 billion.


Other blockchains, including #Solana, continue to represent smaller portions of the overall #stablecoin supply.
