Arthur Hayes Reaffirms $1M Bitcoin Call by 2028 Amid Liquidity Outlook
Maelstrom CIO and BitMEX co-founder #ArthurHayes has repeated his forecast that 
$BTC will reach $1 million by 2028, speaking at #TOKEN2049 in Dubai.
“It’s time to go long everything,” Hayes said, citing anticipated U.S. dollar liquidity expansion as a key driver. He compared current conditions to Q3 2022, noting parallels in economic fear and eventual large-scale monetary injections.
Hayes expects that while the Fed may not directly intervene under President Trump’s tariff-driven pressure, hedge funds could step in through Treasury buybacks. This indirect liquidity, he argues, could push Bitcoin—and broader markets—sharply higher.
