#SEC Delays Verdict on Franklin's XRP and Bitwise Dogecoin ETFs (Most engaging)


The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has delayed its decisions on two high-profile crypto ETFs. A final ruling on the Bitwise $DOGE ETF is now expected by June 15, while the Franklin $XRP Fund decision is due by June 17.


In regulatory filings, the SEC cited the need for more time to assess the proposals. Despite a friendlier stance under Chair Paul Atkins and recent crypto ETF approvals, the Commission continues to scrutinize new filings. Nasdaq also submitted a new Dogecoin ETF proposal on Tuesday.
