The company reported basic earnings per share from continuing operations of $0.39 for Q2, a substantial improvement from $0.11 in the year-ago quarter. On a diluted basis, EPS registered at $0.35 compared to just $0.08 twelve months earlier.
The company operates its lending marketplace atop Provenance Blockchain, a Layer 1 blockchain infrastructure specifically designed for financial applications. By tokenizing loans and executing settlements directly on-chain, Figure eliminates middlemen and decreases transaction expenses.
From its 2018 inception through today, the platform has facilitated over $19 billion in loan originations using blockchain technology. The business model demonstrates strong scalability characteristics, with profit margins expanding alongside transaction volume.

Figure’s YLDS product, a yield-generating security registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, reached $598 million in outstanding value by the end of Q1 2026. Unlike typical crypto offerings, YLDS operates as a yield-bearing instrument with complete regulatory compliance, distinguishing it within the digital asset landscape.
The token derives its backing from Figure’s loan origination activities, providing tangible asset support that purely cryptocurrency-based alternatives lack. For those monitoring the convergence of blockchain technology and traditional finance, YLDS represents one of the most substantial regulated yield instruments operating on distributed ledger infrastructure.

In August 2025, Figure consolidated operations by merging with Figure Markets, its subsidiary, integrating lending operations, trading capabilities, and yield products into a unified entity. Operating from its Reno, Nevada headquarters, the company maintains its NASDAQ listing under the ticker FIGR.
The decision to pursue a traditional public offering instead of token-based fundraising has helped the company avoid the regulatory challenges that have hampered many blockchain-native business models.
For the complete first half of 2026, the company posted basic earnings per share from continuing operations of $0.60, marking a significant increase from $0.04 during the comparable period in 2025.
