This entails configuring transaction throughput, gas tokens, governance structures, and many more; usually, they are set to settle directly on Ethereum to derive its high level of security and decentralisation.

Assuming the new proposal is accepted, Orbit chains will be deployed on other blockchain networks. The development will grant extra flexibility and usability for Orbit chains, letting them run on various blockchain ecosystems apart from Ethereum.
