SubQuery is enhancing Web3 infrastructure with a significant 100 million SQT Consumer Rewards Programme, announced on September 1, 2025, aiming to drive developer engagement and dApp adoption globally.

The expanded programme is crucial due to its potential to decentralize Web3 infrastructure, incentivize participation, and boost market activity across SubQuery's supported networks, including Ethereum.

SubQuery recently announced an expansion of its developer incentives, increasing the pool from 60 million to 100 million SQT. This move aims to accelerate adoption in the Web3 space, focusing on decentralization and enhanced developer participation.

According to Sam Zou, CEO and Founder of SubQuery, "At SubQuery, our mission is to deliver the most efficient, reliable, and developer-friendly blockchain infrastructure in Web3. Earlier this year, we launched our largest ever incentive programme – the 60 million $SQT Consumer Rewards Programme – designed to accelerate adoption of the SubQuery Network as the go-to data indexing solution for Web3 apps."

SubQuery's strategy involves creating a more resilient model, not reliant on centralised chokepoints, through a significant incentive boost for developers and users. The initiative, led by CEO Sam Zou, involves increasing the SQT reward distribution. This expansion is part of their ongoing mission to stimulate developer engagement and extend the reach of their platform's infrastructure.

The incentive increase has added significant interest and engagement among the developer community. This expansion, labeled the largest in Web3, is anticipated to enhance the adoption and utility of SubQuery within decentralized applications over multiple networks. Analysts predict the widened incentives may boost network effects across supported chains. Successful past incentives, like The Graph’s, provide a strong precedent for growth forecasts.

SubQuery's incentives echo those of previous protocols like The Graph, which resulted in increased on-chain participation and token adoption. Kanalcoin analysts project the 100 million SQT initiative will likely foster greater decentralization. According to historical data, increased incentives lead to broader blockchain adoption and network strength, enhancing the ecosystem's resilience.
