The TRUMP-Linked Crypto Crash is weighing on the market after the US midterms. TRUMP coin&nbsp;fell nearly 21% to $1.25. MELANIA dropped 13% to $0.063, and WLFI lost nearly 11% to $0.047.
At the same time, Trump Media moved 4,259 BTC, worth about $343.67 million, to Crypto.com. <a href="https://x.com/lookonchain/status/2118176509747970481" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Lookonchain flagged the transfer</a> on X about 40 minutes after it happened.
The wider market looks different. <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/bitcoin-jumps-above-80k-shorts-wiped-out-86k-next" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Bitcoin has reclaimed $80,000</a>, gold is above $4,100, and silver is above $52.

That works out to roughly $80,700 per coin.
Lookonchain asked if the firm is dumping BTC. Reports say the move may add to selling pressure, but nothing is confirmed. A deposit to an exchange can point to custody changes, collateral work, or a sale.<img alt="Is Trump Media Selling Bitcoin?" src="https://d3iuzwoiyg9qa8.cloudfront.net/webadmin/storage/public/commonEditerImage/c6yMbgDzJnbfMSnTcTqrIDFQ6sHftQzRlVG8PHq7.jpg" width="300" height="328" title="Is Trump Media Selling Bitcoin?">
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-why-does-november-30-matter-span-span">Why Does November 30 Matter?</h2>
A November 02 filing says holders of the convertible notes can ask for cash on November 30, 2026. If every holder does, the company could owe about $1 billion.
The moved BTC was serving as collateral for those notes. So many traders link the two events.
That link is a guess for now. The company has not explained the transfer.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-how-is-politics-hitting-the-presidential-tokens-span-span">How Is Politics Hitting the Presidential Tokens?</h2>
Democrats won both chambers in the midterms. They are preparing subpoena-backed investigations into the president's family crypto holdings.
Representative Robert Garcia will chair House Oversight. Senator Elizabeth Warren is expected to lead Senate Banking. Traders also expect tougher oversight from figures like Senator Sherrod Brown.
The probes start with World Liberty Financial and its USD1 stablecoin. They also cover a $500 million UAE investment, the October 2025 pardon of Binance founder Changpeng Zhao, and more than $1 billion in disclosed crypto income.
The family has earned about $2.3 billion from crypto. A presidential veto also blocks new bills, so analysts expect the CLARITY Act to stall.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-bitcoin-price-forecast-span-span">Bitcoin Price Forecast</h2>
Bitcoin sits right around $80,000, so that is the line to watch. The transferred coins were valued near $80,700 each.
If the company confirms a sale, BTC could lose the $80,000 level. That may open the way toward the $75,000 area, a round level traders often track.
If the coins turn out to be a custody move, bulls may defend $80,000 and eye $85,000 next.

The <a href="https://x.com/cryptorover/status/2118049585247768879" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">TRUMP-Linked Crypto Crash</a> left the three tokens near their lows. A bounce needs a reason, and right now buyers have few.
TRUMP coin at $1.25 would need about $1.58 to erase its drop. If the same 21% fall repeats, it could slide toward $0.99.
MELANIA may eye $0.072 on a recovery. A repeat 13% drop would put it near $0.055.
WLFI could try $0.053 if sentiment turns. Another 11% slide would take it near $0.042.

Levels are worked out from the reported drops and are approximate.
The TRUMP-Linked Crypto Crash could ease if the BTC move gets a clear explanation or the political tone calms. It could also deepen if investigation headlines keep coming.

Some see a short post-election reaction. Others see the start of a wider rethink of politically linked tokens. Both views are open for now.
The split between these tokens and the broader market suggests political ties alone may not keep buyers around. The TRUMP-Linked Crypto Crash is a test of that idea.
