<a href="https://x.com/binance/status/2117444179630707088?s=20" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">In Recovery Update #6</a>, Binance said it will reopen withdrawals for a new list of assets starting at 04:00 UTC on 3 November 2026, which is 9:30 am in India. This follows the first phase on 1 November and the second phase on 2nd November, which covered selected networks and assets.

Binance says it picked tokens based on user demand over the past week and restored each network and asset pair only after finishing security checks.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-why-do-binance-withdrawals-reopen-in-phases-span-span">Why Do Binance Withdrawals Reopen in Phases?</h2>
Binance says not every listed asset will open at the same moment, and the rollout will move step by step as security and readiness checks are completed.&nbsp;
Because of this, users may see short delays or longer processing times while traffic is high, and Binance asks them to try again after a short while if a withdrawal does not go through.
As Binance withdrawals reopen, deposit services stay open and are not affected.

<h2 id="span-style-font-size-16px-how-to-check-your-coin-as-binance-withdrawals-reopen-span">How to Check Your Coin as Binance Withdrawals Reopen</h2>
Binance asks users to open the withdrawal page, choose their asset and network, and see if it is available. Users can also <a href="https://www.binance.com/en-IN" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">visit the network</a> status page, and the company says it will share updates on its official X channel.
The full list of assets from the update is not repeated here, so always read the live page for your own coin before you try to send it.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-is-your-balance-backed-understanding-proof-of-reserve-span-span">Is Your Balance Backed? Understanding Proof of Reserve</h2>
Binance says it refilled the affected assets with its own funds and that BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, USDC, XRP, USD1, RLUSD, and ZEC are fully backed at 100%. It also says it has covered about 95% of the impacted amount, while the other 5% sits in less liquid tokens outside those ten.
Users who hold any of the ten coins can check their own balance with the verifier tool on the Proof of Reserve page, and Binance has posted a<a href="https://www.binance.com/en/support/faq/detail/815b25f0cb054bdd9d35eccc408fe981" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">step-by-step guide</a>. Binance also says it will absorb the financial impact of the stolen funds and will not pass those losses on to users.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-how-to-stay-safe-while-withdrawals-reopen-span-span">How to Stay Safe While Withdrawals Reopen</h2>
Our reading is that busy recovery periods attract scammers, who send fake messages about “withdrawal fixes” or “account unlocks." Binance’s own reminder is to use only its official website, <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/protect-crypto-from-hacks-exchange-security-tips" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">never share login details</a>, and avoid devices you do not trust.
As a simple habit, always double-check the network before you send any crypto, since a wrong network can mean lost funds. These are general safety steps and not advice about any single coin.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-what-happens-next-after-binance-withdrawals-reopen-span-span">What Happens Next After Binance Withdrawals Reopen?</h2>
Binance says it will keep adding assets as they become ready, so a coin that is closed today may open soon. The next <a href="https://www.binance.com/en/proof-of-reserves" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Proof of Reserve</a> snapshot is planned for 4 November 2026, and the company expects the full proof to take about 40 to 50 hours.
The last open item is the remaining 5% of the impacted amount, which Binance says is taking longer because those tokens are harder to buy at scale. We will update this story as Binance withdrawals reopen for more coins and as new recovery updates arrive.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-conclusion-span-span">Conclusion</h2>
<a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/binance-withdrawals-resume-net-outflow-proof-of-reserves" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Binance is opening withdrawals</a> in steps, so if your coin is still locked, check the live page again instead of retrying every few minutes.
Before you send anything, double-check the network and ignore any message that offers to “unlock” your account. We’re watching Binance’s official updates and will add the next phase here once it’s announced.
