The Akedo AKE Token sits at the center of a <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/web3" style="font-size: 16px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Web3 gaming platform</a>, and traders have started to watch its supply calendar as closely as its price. Of the 100 billion tokens that can ever exist, just under a quarter trades today, so each monthly unlock puts fresh coins in front of buyers.&nbsp;
This guide looks at how the token works, who holds the rest, and why unlock dates matter for liquidity.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-what-is-the-akedo-ake-token-and-how-does-it-work-span-span">What Is the Akedo AKE Token and How Does It Work?</h2>
Supply numbers only make sense once the token's job is clear, so this section starts there. It covers what <a href="https://akedo.fun/#/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">the Akedo AKE</a> Token does inside the gaming engine, where people spend it, and how it connects to token creation on the platform.
<h3 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-the-role-of-ake-in-a-web3-gaming-engine-span-span">The Role of AKE in a Web3 Gaming Engine</h3>
Akedo builds tools for <a href="https://web3games.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Web3 games</a>, and AKE is the shared currency for players, developers, and the platform. Players can spend the Akedo AKE Token inside games, and studios can use it to reward their users.
The platform also supports token creation, so game teams can launch their own in-game token&nbsp;without building the tech from scratch. That adds a second use for AKE, because it can sit at the center of many small game economies.
<h3 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-why-platform-utility-matters-for-price-span-span">Why Platform Utility Matters for Price</h3>
Utility creates demand because people need tokens to use a product, and steady use can help soak up new supply. If use stays small, the price follows the trading mood more than real activity.
<a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/crypto-currency-news/crypto-gaming-tokens-2026-market-infrastructure-update" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Gaming tokens</a> have an extra problem. Players often cash out rewards soon after they earn them, which makes steady demand hard to keep. That is why analysts studying the Akedo AKE Token compare platform activity with the pace of new supply.
<h3 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-where-web3-gaming-liquidity-fits-in-span-span">Where Web3 Gaming Liquidity Fits In</h3>
Web3 gaming liquidity is how easily traders can buy or sell a game token without moving its price. Game tokens often trade in thinner markets than large coins, so one big order can swing the price. That thin depth matters a lot once big batches of new token hit the market.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-how-is-the-ake-token-supply-distributed-across-holders-span-span">How Is the AKE Token Supply Distributed Across Holders?</h2>
The numbers behind the Akedo AKE Token show a project that is still early in its release plan. This section covers the supply cap, the circulating share, and who holds the locked tokens.
<h3 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-the-100-billion-supply-cap-span-span">The 100 Billion Supply Cap</h3>
AKE has a capped supply of 100 billion tokens, so no new ones can be made beyond that limit. A fixed cap gives investors a clear ceiling, but the full amount will still reach the market over time. The size of the cap matters less than how much of it is already tradable.
<h3 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-ake-circulating-supply-today-span-span">AKE Circulating Supply Today</h3>
AKE circulating supply stands at about 22.8 billion tokens, or roughly 22.8% of the total. That leaves about 77.2 billion tokens locked, vesting, or not yet in public hands. Analysts see that gap as future supply that still needs buyers.
<h3 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-allocations-for-community-investors-and-core-contributors-span-span">Allocations for Community, Investors, and Core Contributors</h3>
Large vesting cliffs apply to core team members and early investors, so their tokens unlock in stages. Community allocations also release over time, and each group follows its own schedule.
This split is <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/crypto-blogs-details/what-is-tokenomics-how-to-read-a-token-model" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">the heart of AKE tokenomics</a>, because whoever holds the locked tokens decides who can sell later.
<h3 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-market-cap-versus-fully-diluted-valuation-span-span">Market Cap Versus Fully Diluted Valuation</h3>
Market cap counts only circulating tokens, while Fully Diluted Valuation counts all 100 billion at the current price. Since just 22.8% circulates, the Fully Diluted Valuation sits at about 4.4 times the market cap. For the Akedo AKE Token, a gap that wide shows how much supply is still waiting to enter the market.
<h3 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-why-do-monthly-token-unlocks-create-liquidity-and-selloff-risks-span-span">Why Do Monthly Token Unlocks Create Liquidity and Selloff Risks?</h3>
Scheduled unlocks are the main reason traders watch the Akedo AKE Token every month. This section covers the monthly schedule, how batch size compares with <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/quack-ai-q-trading-volume-and-liquidity-analysis" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">trading volume</a>, and where selloff pressure can show up.
<h3 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-the-monthly-unlock-schedule-span-span">The Monthly Unlock Schedule</h3>
Unlocks for the Akedo AKE Token land around the 21st of each month, and each one releases roughly 2.1 billion tokens. The token&nbsp;go to investors, early contributors, and community allocations, so several groups get new supply at once.
<h3 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-trading-volume-versus-incoming-supply-span-span">Trading Volume Versus Incoming Supply</h3>
The risk depends on how new tokens compare with daily trading volume, since buyers have to absorb each release. When a batch is worth more than a typical day of volume, buyers may need several days to take it in. Thin volume next to large unlocks is a common <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/orex-network-gaming-exploring-the-future-of-its-web3-gaming" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">source of Web3 gaming</a> liquidity stress.
A rise in exchange deposits shortly before the 21st can hint that holders plan to sell, though it does not prove it.
<h3 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-dilution-and-fully-diluted-valuation-risk-span-span">Dilution and Fully Diluted Valuation Risk</h3>
Each unlock puts more tokens into circulation, which dilutes current holders unless buying interest keeps pace. Investors who watch <a href="https://crypto.com/en/university/what-is-fully-diluted-valuation-fdv-in-the-cryptocurrency-market" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Fully Diluted Valuation</a> use it to gauge how much future supply the current price still has to carry.
Early recipients can also choose to take profit once their token unlock, and that adds to the pressure.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-which-factors-help-analysts-judge-ake-price-stability-span-span">Which Factors Help Analysts Judge AKE Price Stability?</h2>
Whether AKE holds steady mostly depends on if buyers can take in new supply without sending the price down sharply. Analysts who follow the Akedo AKE Token tend to start with three things: how deep the order books are, how much volume trades each day, and when the next vesting release lands.
<h3 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-exchange-liquidity-depth-span-span">Exchange Liquidity Depth</h3>
Depth shows how many buy and sell orders sit near the current <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/price-prediction/akedo-price-prediction-why-price-is-dropping" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Akedo AKE Token price</a>. A deep order book can take a large sell order without a big drop, while a shallow one cannot.
Researchers compare exchange liquidity depth across several venues, because a split market can hide how thin each book is.
<h3 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-daily-volume-absorption-rate-span-span">Daily Volume Absorption Rate</h3>
Absorption rate compares daily trading volume with unlock size, and a higher ratio suggests the market can take in new tokens more easily. If volume is far smaller than the batch, analysts expect more price pressure around the 21st.
Tracking this ratio over several months shows whether the Akedo AKE Token market is getting stronger or weaker.
Conclusion
The Akedo AKE Token has a hard cap of 100 billion, and roughly 22.8% of that is in circulation right now. Another 2.1 billion or so unlocks around the 21st of every month. The gap between market cap and Fully Diluted Valuation shows how much supply is still on the way, and thin liquidity can make each release hit harder.
