Tonomy S.R.L. is developing a blockchain-based prediction market platform powered by TON and has announced that it has submitted an application for registration with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
A new player has emerged in the international prediction market industry: Tonomy, a technology project developed by Tonomy S.R.L., a company registered in Panama.
The company has launched its platform, which combines the TON blockchain, a web-based interface, and a Telegram Mini App. The platform is already operational and actively accepting predictions, with its primary focus on short-term prediction markets related to cryptocurrency price movements.
Tonomy aims to build an international technology platform and establish its position in the prediction market sector, which continues to attract attention from the financial and technology industries.
According to company representatives, Tonomy sees itself as a potential competitor to established international prediction market platforms. However, its ability to compete at scale will depend on product development, user adoption, and regulatory status.

How Tonomy’s Platform Works

Prediction markets allow participants to forecast the outcomes of future events by choosing between possible results. These platforms bring together market expectations, available information, and user participation in a digital environment.
Tonomy focuses on making this experience accessible through its web platform and Telegram Mini App. By combining blockchain infrastructure with familiar digital interfaces, the project aims to simplify access to prediction markets and connect with users interested in cryptocurrency and emerging financial technologies.
The platform’s focus on short-term cryptocurrency predictions places it within a rapidly evolving segment of the digital asset industry.

The Role of TON and Telegram

An important part of Tonomy’s technological strategy is its integration with the TON ecosystem.
By building on TON and providing access through a Telegram Mini App, the company aims to connect blockchain technology with an accessible user experience. This approach offers users different ways to interact with the platform while positioning Tonomy within an expanding ecosystem of blockchain-based applications.
The combination of a dedicated website and Telegram integration also supports the company’s broader goal of reaching an international audience.
More information about the project and its platform is available on the official Tonomy website.

A significant milestone in the company’s development has been its engagement with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
According to Tonomy, the company has submitted an application for registration as a Designated Contract Market (DCM) and received confirmation that the documents were received.
Submitting an application marks the beginning of the relevant regulatory process. It does not mean that the company has already obtained registration, a license, or authorization to operate in the United States.
Tonomy considers regulatory compliance an important part of its long-term strategy and international development plans.

Ambitions in the International Market

The company plans to continue developing its technological infrastructure, improving its product, and expanding its international presence.
As the prediction market industry evolves, Tonomy aims to strengthen its position through its technology, integration with the TON ecosystem, and continued product development.
The company’s next stage will focus on attracting users, improving the platform experience, and building recognition in international markets.
Whether the new entrant can become a significant competitor to the industry’s largest prediction market platforms will depend on its future development, user adoption, and ability to navigate the regulatory landscape.
