Strategy, the bitcoin treasury company led by Michael Saylor, confirmed in a press release that it will report third-quarter 2026 financial results after US markets close on October 29, 2026. The company will host a live video webinar covering the results at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time that evening, hosted on Zoom with advance registration available, and simultaneously streamed on the company’s X account and on YouTube for anyone who prefers not to register for the Zoom session directly.
For anyone unable to watch the webinar live, Strategy said an archived replay will be posted under the Events and Presentations section of its investor relations website approximately two hours after the live session concludes, giving investors and analysts a way to catch up on the full presentation afterward at their own pace.
The earnings release arrives at a particularly active moment for the company’s capital structure. Just one day before the earnings release, on October 28, 2026, Strategy shareholders are scheduled to vote at a special meeting on amendments that would switch the company’s STRC preferred stock from semi-monthly to daily dividend payments, a structural change tied to specific deadlines later that same week. That timing means investors tuning into the October 29 earnings call will likely be looking for any commentary on how that vote played out, alongside the quarter’s core financial results.
Strategy’s earnings reports have increasingly become closely watched events across financial media well beyond the company’s own shareholder base, given how large and influential its bitcoin treasury has become within the broader publicly traded bitcoin treasury company category that has grown up in its wake. Each quarterly release typically details the company’s current bitcoin holdings, any purchases made during the quarter, and the various preferred stock securities, including STRC, STRF, STRK and STRD, that the company uses to finance its ongoing bitcoin accumulation strategy.
Strategy’s securities trade under several tickers reflecting this layered capital structure: MSTR for the common stock on Nasdaq, STRF, STRC, STRK and STRD for its various preferred stock classes also on Nasdaq, and STRE for a separate listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
