NEW YORK, October 27, 2026 — IPX, the agentic operating system for intellectual property and an on chain launchpad and for IP, announced today that Ja Rule has been named President of its Celebrity Board of Advisors and founding shareholder. The GRAMMY-nominated, multi-platinum artist is also a celebrity co-founder of IPX and a shareholder in the company.
As President of the Celebrity Board of Advisors, Ja Rule advocates for and co writes the script on how artists, athletes and creators onto the platform own and retain their IP. Shaping the structure for how their projects are financed, produced and ensuring fans also have a seat at the table.
Ja Rule, President of IPX’s Celebrity Board of Advisors, said, "I'm a creative first, and I’ve seen first hand what can happen to artists who don’t own their work. When I create IP, I made sure every show is my IP, on purpose, so that content will be ours, forever. That’s why IPX is a game changer for the industry, empowering celebrities, creatives and fans alike. We’re re-writing the script on how celebrities own & retain their IP.”
“Ja Rules partnership has been a game changer, his creative vision centers around ownership and touches film, tv, live streaming, music of course and animation.” Said Brendan McCafferty, CEO & Founder of IPX, “He truly knows what it takes to build original IP from scratch, time and again. His vision for artists as creators, entrepreneurs and owners is synonymous with what we’re building at IPX: a platform to help them bring new projects to life and connect more directly with their fans.”
