PEPE

Coin

Every week, newly released coins join the lists, but a new coin and a meme coin that has been around for years can’t be judged by the same yardstick. In this article we put <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">MemeToro ($MT)</a>, which is in its presale stage, next to Dogecoin (DOGE), which has existed since 2013, and PEPE coin, which launched in 2023, on the same five checks.
Dogecoin and PEPE are no longer newly released coins; they are reference points. Our aim is not to predict which will rise, but to show what each one is, what it can prove, and what is still missing.
<h2 style="text-align: justify;" id="b-what-is-memetoro-what-sets-it-apart-among-newly-released-coins-b">What is MemeToro? What sets it apart among newly released coins?</h2>
MemeToro is an open-source AI memecoin launchpad on BNB Chain. Its AI agent scans social media, online communities and the news for narratives gaining traction, proposes a memecoin concept and publishes its written reasoning. That lets a reader see why a coin exists before deciding anything. The project’s core principle: the agent proposes, and transparent contracts execute.
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
 <li style="font-weight: 400;">Funds are held in an escrow contract, not in a team wallet or an AI-controlled wallet.</li>
 <li style="font-weight: 400;">Every proposal carries a launch manifest committed to a digest, so the published terms can be compared with what the contract enforces.</li>
 <li style="font-weight: 400;">Rounds are fixed-rate: every contributor pays the same price. The design includes no pre-allocation or insider access.</li>
 <li style="font-weight: 400;">An exit window blocks finalization while contributors can still leave.</li>
 <li style="font-weight: 400;">If the agent finds no suitable idea, it publishes nothing.</li>
 <li style="font-weight: 400;">The code is public under an MIT license.</li>
</ul>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;" id="b-the-agent-s-identity-erc-8004-b">The agent’s identity: ERC-8004</h3>
According to the project’s repository, the MemeToro agent is registered in the official ERC-8004 identity registry on the BNB testnet (agent #2673). The RoundFactory contract only lets the wallet registered for that agent publish a round. This work is on the testnet: the launch step is a mock executor and does not create a real token or liquidity.

<h2 style="text-align: justify;" id="b-what-is-dogecoin-doge-b">What is Dogecoin (DOGE)?</h2>
Dogecoin was launched on Dec 6, 2013 by Billy Markus and Jackson Palmer as a project satirising the crypto speculation of the time. Its name and logo come from the Doge meme. It runs on scrypt-based proof-of-work, pays 10,000 DOGE per block and has no maximum supply; 5 billion DOGE enter circulation every year.
<h2 style="text-align: justify;" id="b-what-is-pepe-coin-what-is-known-about-the-pepe-coin-s-future-b">What is PEPE coin? What is known about the PEPE coin’s future</h2>
PEPE launched in 2023 as a standard ERC-20 token on Ethereum. Its total supply is 420.69 trillion PEPE and it has no transaction tax. According to CoinMarketCap, PEPE has no utility of its own and no official roadmap.
For anyone looking for a PEPE coin review or the PEPE coin’s future, the honest answer is this: with no roadmap or product, its price depends largely on community interest and market sentiment. This article makes no price prediction for PEPE or any other coin.

<ul style="text-align: justify;">
 <li style="font-weight: 400;">Audit report: Open it and confirm the audited contract address matches the one in the sale.</li>
 <li style="font-weight: 400;">Supply split: How much goes to the team and insiders? (For $MT: team 2%, public sale 71%.)</li>
 <li style="font-weight: 400;">Team and accountability: If the team is pseudonymous, the evidence has to be in the open code and delivered milestones.</li>

 <li style="font-weight: 400;">The roadmap includes hosting the published files at a public address, a website listing page, hourly runs, a real token-and-liquidity step and independent security reviews before production.</li>

<h2 style="text-align: justify;" id="b-frequently-asked-questions-b">Frequently asked questions</h2>
What are newly released coins?
Tokens that have recently come to market or are in a presale stage. Being new can mean less evidence on audits, team and product, so they should be put through the same checks.
What is Dogecoin (DOGE)?
A meme coin that began as satire in 2013, runs on proof-of-work and has no maximum supply.
What is PEPE coin, and what will happen to its future?
PEPE is an ERC-20 meme token on Ethereum with no official roadmap. Nothing certain can be said about its future; this article makes no price prediction.
What is MemeToro?
An open-source AI memecoin launchpad on BNB Chain. The agent generates proposals and publishes its reasoning, and funds are held in an escrow contract. The launchpad is in development.
How is MemeToro different from DOGE and PEPE?
DOGE and PEPE are established meme coins. MemeToro is a presale-stage project building an AI-assisted launchpad; parts of it can be tested, but its launch contracts are not yet audited.
<h2 style="text-align: justify;" id="b-conclusion-b">Conclusion</h2>
The best way to judge newly released coins is to run them all through the same checks. Dogecoin and PEPE are long-standing reference meme coins. MemeToro is an early-stage project that opens its code, token audits and testnet to scrutiny and says plainly what is not finished. It can be a starting point for your own research, not a substitute for it.
