Aster (@Aster_DEX), the decentralized perpetuals exchange, is adding a $WLFI reward pool to its Grid Liquidity Mining campaign from October 26. The campaign will run for four more weeks.

How the new reward pool works

Under the updated structure, eligible USDT grids can share 10,000 $ASTER weekly, while USD1 grids can share 130,000 $WLFI from World Liberty Financial (@worldlibertyfi). Traders must set up an eligible Perp Grid and claim rewards daily.

Aster says the program carries 0% maker fees and requires no third-party bot. Grids are automated strategies that place buy and sell orders across a price range, so the platform's built-in tool lets users take part without external software.

The new pool follows the earlier phase of the campaign. According to The Daily Hodl, Aster launched its Liquidity Pool Mining campaign alongside Perpetual Grid 2.0, with a four-week run from September 28 to October 25, 2026 (UTC). That version offered a total reward pool of up to 140,000 $ASTER, with a base pool of 10,000 $ASTER per epoch. Both maker and taker volume counted toward rewards, while manual trading was excluded.

The WLFI pool is the latest step in a relationship between the two projects that dates back to March. Crypto Newsz reported that Aster launched USD1 perpetual contracts on March 18, 2026, starting with BTC, ETH and SOL pairs. USD1 is the stablecoin issued by World Liberty Financial.

The partnership has since widened. Our Crypto Talk reported that on April 6, Aster and World Liberty Financial announced USD1 would become the exclusive settlement asset for all TradFi perpetual futures on Aster. In August, Crypto Briefing reported a separate USD1 RWA Boost campaign running from August 31 to December 31, 2026, distributing 125 million WLFI tokens based on eligible open interest.

Paying grid rewards in WLFI adds to the token incentives already tied to USD1 trading on the platform. As with any liquidity mining program, reward levels depend on participation and trading volume, and traders should review the official campaign terms before taking part.
