The cryptocurrency market has lost more than $120 billion in value over three days, raising concerns about further declines as geopolitical tensions increase. Bitcoin's drop below $81,000 has added pressure to an already uncertain market, with investors monitoring developments involving the United States and Iran. Solana (SOL), Avalanche (AVAX), Celestia (TIA), Tezos (XTZ), and Qubic (QUBIC) are five cryptocurrencies worth watching as traders assess whether the market could stabilize or experience another wave of selling.

Following the most recent sell-off in cryptocurrencies, the world's developments have been brought to the forefront, and how they will affect the financial markets. The uncertainty surrounding further escalation of the U.S.-Iran conflict has generated worries that investors should rethink their risk exposures. Cryptocurrencies have been getting further weighed down by market participants' wagering on further volatility over the weekend.

But what will come next is up for debate. Escalation of geopolitical tensions may lead to further selling, and de-escalation may drive sentiment up. Traders are thus paying close attention to key price levels, liquidity, and the news that is coming in to gauge if the market is heading into a new capitulation phase, or if it is gearing up to begin a recovery.

Solana (SOL): Market Sentiment Remains Important

With Bitcoin trading below $81,000, Solana is one of the prominent altcoins to keep your eyes on. However, its short-term performance may be affected by the overall market sentiment and conditions of cryptocurrencies. With BTC in a stable range and the trend of buying activity resuming, SOL might gain more attention. But if the market continues to weaken, there will be more selling pressure on the token.

Avalanche (AVAX): Traders Monitor Price Stability

Additionally, during this correctional period, Avalanche is also a cryptocurrency to keep an eye on. The performance could give insight into investor demand for an alternate blockchain network like layer-1 during unstable situations. Stable prices could suggest a shift in selling pressure, and further declines could suggest that market participants are cautious.

Celestia (TIA): Recovery Depends on Market Conditions

Celestia is also being closely monitored, as traders monitor the outlook of blockchain infrastructure tokens. The overall market trend, trading volume and its ability to sustain significant levels of support may influence its price action. Sustained gains will need confirmation from price action, but a wider market recovery could support.

Tezos (XTZ): Support Levels Remain in Focus

Investors will be on the lookout for any signs that the market slowdown is coming to an end, and that should make Tezos a watchlist item. It's holding on to certain levels of support that it may be able to suggest that selling pressure is easing. However, should the broader market turn sour further, XTZ may be exposed to more negative risks than other Altcoins.

Qubic (QUBIC): Volatility Could Remain Elevated

Qubic is a lesser-known cryptocurrency and can be a lot more volatile in times of market uncertainty. The performance of the stock might be affected as investors and traders react to changes in the industry. Any prospects of recovery should be judged not just based on a general market recovery, but also on trading volume and price stability.

Will the Crypto Market Rebound or Face Further Losses?

Geopolitical factors and how Bitcoin reacts to this new uncertainty may be pivotal in shaping the next trajectory of the cryptocurrency market. De-escalating tensions between the United States and Iran could ease fears, and further escalation could push down on risk-sensitive assets.

The bitcoin price's ability to hold above significant support levels will continue to be a critical variable for traders gauging the performance of altcoins. Analysts believe that the price of Solana, Avalanche, Celestia, Tezos, and Qubic may vary according to market conditions.

In the meantime, the loss of $120 billion in the market has been reported. Investors are closely monitoring price levels, liquidity and incoming headlines to see if the drop is due to ongoing capitulation or a temporary correction as the market may be getting ready to move back up.
