Upbit added Bubble Maps to its Korean won market. $BMT already traded against BTC and USDT on the exchange since around August, per Korean market coverage, so this launch adds direct won access.

Market: KRW

Network: Solana

Start time: 12:00 KST on October 24

Buy orders: restricted for about five minutes after trading begins

Sell orders: priced 10% or more below the previous close are restricted for a set period

Deposits: only the listed network is supported, so other networks are not accepted

The notice also warned that the start could slip if liquidity fell short. It did not. Korean reports say $BMT opened near 57.7 KRW and touched about 98.1 KRW, a gain of roughly 70% within the session.

The chart tells the same story. BMT sat near $0.024 for most of the day, jumped toward $0.05 after the open and then settled near $0.036. Latest figures from CoinMarketCap as of October 24:

Bubble maps price today: $0.03612, up 52.72%

Market cap: $27.22M, up 52.85%

24-hour volume: over $261M, up 284.8%

Fully diluted valuation: $36.12M

Circulating supply: 753.44M of 1B BMT

Volume near ten times crypto market cap points to heavy short-term trading. Liquidity sits at just 4.35% of market cap, which is thin.

What Bubblemaps Does and Why BMT Holds Real Utility Beyond the Spike

Bubblemaps turns blockchain data into visual maps. Each bubble is a wallet, and lines show transfers between them. Traders use it to spot concentrated holdings, linked wallets and possible manipulation, per official docs. The platform works across Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, Base and Polygon. Core tools include:

Magic Nodes: clustering that exposes hidden wallet links

Time Travel: historical views of how holdings changed

Intel Desk: community probes with BMT rewards

BMT unlocks premium analytics and governance votes. Supply is capped at 1 billion, and thetokenomics page shows multi-year vesting. That gives the token a clear use, which many new listings lack.

Crypto Listing News: Risks Behind the BMT Spike After Upbit Debut

Still, one new token listing on Upbit does not guarantee lasting gains. Listing-day spikes often fade once the opening rush cools. About a quarter of BMT supply is not yet circulating, so future unlocks could add selling pressure.
The price also sits roughly 89% below its March 2025 high near $0.32. Thin liquidity means orders can move the market fast in both directions.
The first full week of KRW trading will show whether the Bubble Maps listing created steady demand or a one-day surge. Volume that holds after the opening rush would point to real Korean interest.
