ENA’s weekly gain stands at 7.72%, despite a 3.30% daily decline as derivatives trading remains active across major exchanges.

Binance leads ENA futures volume, open interest, and trade counts, while Hyperliquid, Bybit, and OKX also report notable activity.

ENA faces resistance at $0.22 and $0.38 before the projected 0.50–0.80 range and potential retest of its $1.52 peak.

ENA is attempting to recover from a prolonged decline, while derivatives activity has increased since late August. Buyers will need to defend gains and clear nearby resistance if it is to move again.

Whale Factor’s analysis describes a possible breakout from ENA’s multi-year downtrend, which began near $1.52. The weekly chart shows the token's repeated higher lows leading up to the $0.10 price. The price has recovered recently, but the longer-term trend remains to be confirmed.

The provided market data shows that ENA is trading at $0.1962, with a 3.30% 24-hour drop. The token has a 7.72% seven-day gain despite the daily loss. It is reported to have a daily trading volume of about $654.68 million.

$0.22 is an important near-term threshold that is identified on the chart. A sustained move above it could bring the $0.38 Fibonacci level into focus. However, failure to hold recent gains could send ENA back toward its lower trading range.

The previous decline also explains why the proposed recovery remains demanding. ENA has lost considerable ground from its historical peak, and several resistance levels remain overhead. Buyers must overcome those barriers before a return toward $1.52 becomes a realistic chart scenario.

Derivatives Activity Expands Across Major Exchanges

CoinGlass data shows a marked change in ENA derivatives activity around August 20. Before that date, volume bars were generally smaller, with occasional spikes during May and June. Activity later became more volatile, with larger green and red bars appearing through September and October.

Open interest also rose and fluctuated during the more active period. This suggests that outstanding futures positions changed as traders entered and exited the market. However, open interest alone cannot establish whether bullish or bearish positions dominate.

Binance leads the reported exchange breakdown, with approximately $106.53 million in ENA open interest. Hyperliquid follows at $92.77 million, while Gate and Bybit also record notable positions. This distribution shows that derivatives exposure extends across multiple trading venues.

Binance also leads reported ENA futures volume, at approximately $393.19 million. Bybit records about $140.03 million, followed by OKX at $84.65 million. Binance has roughly 2.23 million futures trades, while BingX records approximately 1.73 million.

Resistance Levels Will Shape ENA’s Next Move

Whale Factor consists of three recovery steps: accumulation, manipulation, and distribution. The accumulation zone is expected to start around $0.10 and then move towards $0.38. These labels are for market cycle interpretation, not proven market cycle conditions.

The range of manipulation is projected to be $0.50 to $0.80. Within that area, sudden price swings could test traders’ willingness to hold positions. ENA must first establish strength above $0.22 and $0.38 before this higher range becomes relevant.

The final projected phase targets a return toward the previous high near $1.52. This would need a significant improvement from current levels and ongoing buyer interest. This does not set a time frame or even a likelihood in which that goal will be attainable.

The derivatives numbers are up for now but not a confirmed bull trend. Volume increases may follow rallies, sell-offs or quick shifts in leveraged position. The direction of this activity would be better understood with funding rates, spot-market demand and long-short data.

ENA's job is to recover and overcome local resistance right near the spot. If the price manages to hold above $0.22, the argument for further testing at $0.38 grows. . If buyers fail to defend current levels, the token could revisit lower prices instead. The 0.50–0.80 range and the $1.52 peak remain conditional targets, not established outcomes.
