fomo has begun the public rollout of fomo bridge, its own in-house bridge, and says cross-chain swaps on the app now land in under one second.
The bridge went live for a small percentage of users a week before the public launch. fomo pairs it with its own router, cutting out third-party routing on the path between Solana and other chains. The company claims this makes its trades up to 50% faster than any existing solution on the market.

fomo's before-and-after figures show gains on every route out of Solana, on both buys and sells. The biggest jump is a 46% cut on buys to Base, from 1.083s to 0.583s.

<h2 id="fomo-vs-pump-fun-fastest-in-every-test">fomo vs pump.fun: fastest in every test</h2>
On Dune data for Oct 15–21, fomo bridge was the fastest option on all four Solana–Robinhood tests. It beat pump.fun's own pump bridge by 26% to 40%, and both apps' Relay routes by more than 50% in some tests.
The charts compare four setups: fomo on its own bridge, pump.fun on its own bridge, and each app routing through the third-party Relay bridge. P50 is the median trade, typical of normal traffic. P90 is the slowest 10%, the trades that bite during busy markets.

fomo says it now handles 10x+ more cross-chain transactions than any other trading app. On the Robinhood–Solana routes, it ran about 4.27M trades in 30 days, against roughly 439K for pump.fun.

Ranges show each app's fastest and slowest daily latency over 30 days, combining its Relay and own-bridge routes. fomo's best figures, 0.23s median and 0.43s under load, both came on Solana → Robinhood.
Scale is the point. Holding sub-second fills at a few thousand trades is easy. Holding them across millions, through the busiest hours, is the harder test, and the one fomo is built for.
<h2 id="speed-under-pressure-is-what-counts">Speed under pressure is what counts</h2>
Speed is easy when there's no traffic, and fomo argues that average-traffic speed is the wrong benchmark. Execution matters most during volatility, when everyone is trying to trade at once.
The P90 data backs that up. Under high traffic, pump bridge slowed to 1.16s on Robinhood → Solana, slower than either app's Relay route. fomo bridge stayed at 0.70s, under a second in every test across the week.
For traders chasing fast-moving tokens, a fraction of a second is the gap between the entry they wanted and the one they got.
<h2 id="bridging-is-only-half-the-equation">Bridging is only half the equation</h2>
fomo's second edge is routing. The company says its in-house router delivers fills 0.5% better on average than other routers, and improves the worst 10% of trades by more than 2%.
fomo says it is the only major cross-chain trading app to own both its bridge and its router. Owning both means it controls speed and price on every leg of a trade.
Small execution costs compound. fomo's illustration assumes a 2% cost on every trade: after 100 trades, 0.98¹⁰⁰ leaves 13.3% of the starting balance, an 86.7% loss.
That 2% matches the router's gain on the worst trades, not the average. At the 0.5% average gain, 100 trades still compound to roughly 39% of a balance lost to worse execution. For active traders, that is the gap fomo's router closes.
<h2 id="the-bottom-line">The bottom line</h2>
fomo now controls every part of its trading stack: pricing, indexing, bridging and routing. Owning each step lets it cut latency at every one of them, rather than waiting on third-party infrastructure.
Stacking the in-house bridge and router, fomo says it is now the fastest, most reliable and cheapest place to trade any asset cross-chain. In the week of Dune data above, it posted the fastest execution in all four tests, at average traffic and under load. The public rollout of fomo bridge starts now.
