InterLink Labs (@inter_link) has opened an avatar campaign to build momentum for the coming $ITLG Mainnet Era. Users are asked to create a themed profile picture and share it on social media. Twenty participants will each receive 200 ITLG.

The team says ITLG will move from in-app mining to a broader model across the InterLink ecosystem, with more utilities to follow. No mainnet date has been announced.

What ITLG is and how it is earned

ITLG is the InterLink Genesis Token. According to InterLink's own documentation, it is the participation and governance token at the core of the network and is designed for verified Human Nodes. The same page states a total supply of 100 billion tokens, with 80% allocated to Human Node miners and the remaining 20% reserved for network incentives and rewards.

Mining does not rely on specialised hardware. InterLink describes a Proof of Personhood model built on an on-device facial liveness check, in place of proof-of-work or proof-of-stake. The same page says ITLG is currently in its mining and verification phase, with no confirmed exchange listing.

InterLink also runs a dual-token structure. A companion token, ITL, is reserved for exchange liquidity and institutional access, which keeps day-to-day mining rewards separate from external markets. In its own explainer, the project says the first recipients of ITLG at token generation are Human Node miners.

Where the mainnet stands

The campaign comes as the project moves from app-based mining toward live blockchain infrastructure. InterLink's ecosystem guide says the ITLX DeFi Wallet was connected to the Seoul Private Mainnet infrastructure on June 23, 2026, and that a June 2026 version 6.0 rollout introduced native ITLG staking. The same guide notes that published technical targets are not guarantees of current production performance.

For participants, the practical question is timing. The team has pointed to more utilities after the shift away from in-app mining, but has not given a mainnet date. Community members should rely on official InterLink Labs channels for announcements, and treat campaign rewards and future token events as separate from any confirmed listing.
