In <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/avalanche-crypto-news-today-kenya-30-million-credentials" style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">crypto news today</a>, the official pages tell a simpler story than before.&nbsp;
The <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/clichmont-ai-presale-price-143m-clai-tokens-sale" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Clichmont AI Presale</a> is now explained around three kinds of visitors, a planned site in the UAE, and a named leadership team.&nbsp;
With the company’s <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/clichmont-ai-presale-price-gap-december-1-listing" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">announced 30 October close less</a> than three weeks away, this update skips the price, supply and unlock details covered earlier and focuses only on what is new.
<h3 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-three-doors-into-one-project-span-span">Three Doors Into One Project</h3>
The project’s<a href="https://www.clichmont.ai/#clai" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">token section</a> now sorts visitors into three groups. Companies needing computing power can keep paying in dollars or stablecoins, and the site says they do not need the token for that.&nbsp;
<a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/crypto-presale/clichmont-presale" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">People who own graphics</a> chips can offer their capacity and may earn rewards for helping route work. Anyone curious about the token can learn how staking is meant to add perks.&nbsp;
The banner says the presale is live, yet other pages call the same event an ICO, so both names point to one sale. The site also frames the compute business as coming first, with the token built around it.
<h3 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-the-problem-the-company-says-it-wants-to-fix-span-span">The Problem the Company Says It Wants to Fix</h3>
<a href="https://www.clichmont.ai/ClichmontAI.pdf" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">According to the whitepaper</a>, demand for high-end chips has outrun supply. It lists four pain points: long waits for large clusters, unclear and uneven pricing, being locked into big cloud providers, and spare capacity sitting idle at smaller operators.&nbsp;
The <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/clichmont-ai-presale-ceo-token-utility-test-risks" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Clichmont AI presale is pitched</a> as funding for a provider that owns its own sites instead.
The<a href="https://www.clichmont.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">infrastructure website</a> explains what a customer would actually receive:

<h3 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-a-uae-site-with-indian-partners-span-span">A UAE Site With Indian Partners</h3>
The<a href="https://www.clichmont.ai/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">main website</a> adds a regional plan. A UAE data center is in early planning for 2028, built with Indian partners and aimed at the growing Asian market for AI and heavy computing.&nbsp;
Today, both live sites are in Norway, so the UAE would be the first location outside Europe among those listed.&nbsp;
No size, hardware, or budget is given, so it is best read as an early ambition rather than a confirmed build.
<h3 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-the-people-behind-the-project-span-span">The People Behind the Project</h3>
The whitepaper offers<a href="https://www.clichmont.ai/ClichmontAI.pdf#page=12" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">short profiles</a> of the leaders. Anyone weighing the Clichmont AI Presale will want to know who runs the business, but these are company statements, so verify them independently.

<h3 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-who-can-join-and-what-the-papers-warn-about-span-span">Who Can Join, and What the Papers Warn About</h3>
The<a href="https://www.clichmont.ai/terms" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">terms page</a> says features described as planned, such as staking, do not carry a promised delivery date. It also says joining guarantees no future value, return, listing or liquidity.&nbsp;
Separately, the whitepaper plans a staged rollout: start with limits, then widen access only after local legal opinions arrive, using British Virgin Islands digital asset rules as its base.&nbsp;
It compares this <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/hyperliquid-news-today-aster-3-11m-token-burn-vs-hype-buyback" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">path with Hyperliquid</a>, which restricts US users, and says exchange listing plans will be finalized under those rules before any public distribution.&nbsp;
The terms also warn that blockchain transfers are generally irreversible and that the company cannot undo a wrong one.
Its own risk warning names regulatory uncertainty, selling pressure from <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/do-token-unlocks-affect-crypto-prices" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">scheduled unlocks</a>, dependence on the company’s continued operating capacity, and delays in building sites.&nbsp;
Check everything on the<a href="https://app.clichmont.ai/join-presale" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">official sale page</a> before sending funds.

 <li style="margin-left: 0px; list-style-type: disc">Official word on when the token launches, since the site says details will come through official updates</li>
 <li style="margin-left: 0px; list-style-type: disc">Whether staking goes live</li>

<h4>Conclusion</h4>
The Clichmont AI Presale now has a clearer customer story, an Asia-facing ambition, and named leaders. Plans remain plans, and the staking and UAE pieces are not live.&nbsp;
The company may also restrict or cancel access where the law requires it. Weigh the clear parts, such as the customer story, against the unfinished ones. Read the documents yourself and treat every date as a company target.
