Hedera <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/price-prediction" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">price prediction</a> just got interesting. HBAR has a fresh headline out of its Governing Council, and the chart is asking a question traders cannot ignore.&nbsp;
Does the news mark a turning point or a trap for late buyers? We break down the news, the data, and the levels that decide it.
Editorial disclosure: the CoinGabbar desk holds no personal position in HBAR.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-hedera-price-today-live-hbar-price-market-cap-and-volume-data-span-span">Hedera Price Today: Live HBAR Price, Market Cap, and Volume Data</h2>

<a href="https://x.com/RealAllinCrypto/status/2105719546568913343" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">ALLINCRYPTO (@RealAllinCrypto) said on X</a> about 13 hours ago that Hitachi will conclude its Hedera Governing Council service after joining in 2024.&nbsp;<img alt="Hedera News Today: Hitachi Governing Council Exit " src="https://d3iuzwoiyg9qa8.cloudfront.net/webadmin/storage/public/commonEditerImage/5wJZrzCU0Un2TJvgxGj0uKkDsJ02tbtEaAEKo5Mp.png" width="300" title="Hedera News Today: Hitachi Governing Council Exit ">
The post also lists Google, IBM, Dell, LG, Standard Bank, EDF, and Mondelez as large corporations that have contributed to Hedera for years.&nbsp;
This is a social media claim, and CoinGabbar has not verified it. The post gave no reason for the exit.
Why it matters: Council members take part in network governance, so a departure can be read as a small loss of enterprise backing, even though the post frames the story positively.&nbsp;
One exit does not change network fundamentals. The impact depends on whether other members follow or are replaced, which the post does not say. Treat it as neutral to cautious until confirmed.

<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-hedera-technical-analysis-hbar-descending-trendline-breakout-setup-span-span">Hedera Technical Analysis: HBAR Descending Trendline Breakout Setup</h2>
Structure and trend.<a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/hedera-price-prediction-why-hbar-going-up-today" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">HBAR spiked</a> on Sep 28 and 29, topped at $0.13103, then fell back to the $0.10 area and made lower highs since. A descending trendline connected those highs, and the price has now broken above it.<img alt="Hedera Technical Analysis: HBAR Descending Trendline Breakout Setup" src="https://d3iuzwoiyg9qa8.cloudfront.net/webadmin/storage/public/commonEditerImage/2LUUdRyDJqV70dNOZH6dsbHR0KZzyOzYoncb72l6.png" width="300" title="Hedera Technical Analysis: HBAR Descending Trendline Breakout Setup">
Breakout. The trendline break is an early signal, not a confirmation. $0.10997, the recent swing high, is the level that confirms it. A 1-hour close above it means buyers have cleared both the trendline and <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/hedera-price-prediction-hcs14-hbar-news-today" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">the last high</a>.
Targets. $0.13103 is the Sep 29 spike high, 26.05% above the current price, where earlier buying ran out. $0.15510 is the major resistance on this setup, 49.21% away, and would need strong follow-through well beyond one rally.
Breakdown. $0.1000 is round-number support just below the Sep 30 low area. A close below it puts <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/hedera-price-prediction-ibm-partnership-news" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">the breakout</a> in doubt and exposes $0.08809, the late-September swing low, 15.26% lower.
Momentum. The oscillator reads 49.23, near the midpoint, so neither side controls momentum. A Bear label formed near the Oct 1 high, where the price was rejected.
Volume and open interest. Futures volume of $282.56M against $65.56M in spot volume means derivatives traders influence <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/hedera-price-prediction-hbar-breakout-today-news" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">short-term moves</a>. A breakout backed by spot buying is more reliable than one driven by futures alone.
Confirmation. Both triggers need 1-hour closes, not wicks.

<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-hedera-price-prediction-scenarios-bullish-base-and-bearish-hbar-span-span">Hedera Price Prediction Scenarios: Bullish, Base, and Bearish HBAR</h2>
Bullish. Confirmation is a 1-hour close above $0.10997. Targets are $0.13103, then $0.15510. The scenario fails if the price closes back below $0.10997 after confirming. A successful retest and rising spot volume strengthen it. A thin-volume spike followed by rejection weakens it.
Base. Price stays between $0.1000 and $0.10997, a range of -3.80% to +5.79%. Confirmation is the absence of a 1-hour close beyond either level, and there are no <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/hedera-price-prediction-key-resistance" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">directional targets</a>. A close outside the range ends it. Repeated rejection at $0.10997 strengthens it.
Bearish. Confirmation is a 1-hour close below $0.1000. The target is $0.08809. The scenario fails if the price closes back above $0.1000. A failed retest from below strengthens it, and a quick reclaim weakens it.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-hedera-market-context-hbar-derivatives-leverage-and-liquidity-span-span">Hedera Market Context: HBAR Derivatives, Leverage, and Liquidity</h2>
Futures trade about 4.3 times spot volume, and open interest equals 5.24% of market cap. Leverage matters here, but a close through either trigger can still extend quickly as positions adjust. The Council news, if confirmed, adds a sentiment factor, but the price has to decide the direction.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-hedera-price-risks-fake-breakout-leverage-and-news-uncertainty-span-span">Hedera Price Risks: Fake Breakout, Leverage, and News Uncertainty</h2>
A 1-hour breakout can reverse within hours, and the price must still clear $0.10997 to confirm this one. Leverage can cause liquidation wicks around both triggers. The Hitachi story rests on one X post. A close below $0.1000 would invalidate the setup.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-hedera-price-prediction-conclusion-hbar-triggers-to-watch-next-span-span">Hedera Price Prediction Conclusion: HBAR Triggers to Watch Next</h2>
This <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/hedera-price-prediction-october-2026" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Hedera price prediction</a> depends on two closes. Above $0.10997, the breakout is confirmed, and the targets are $0.13103 and $0.15510. Below $0.1000, support is $0.08809. Leverage and a single social media news claim are the main risks, and neither outcome is certain.
