Fight Fight Fight LLC, the entity behind the Official Trump memecoin (ticker: TRUMP), is organizing the gathering.
Invitations extend to the 185 highest-ranked token holders. A specialized leaderboard determines rankings by evaluating both token quantity and holding duration.
The qualification window spans from Sept. 30 to Nov. 12, the event website indicates. The 29 highest-scoring participants will receive VIP treatment including premium seating arrangements.
Select attendees will receive exclusive merchandise: four top holders will get Trump-branded gold timepieces, while others receive fragrances, digital trading cards, and commemorative posters.

This represents the third such exclusive function since the token’s debut. The inaugural dinner in May 2025 accommodated 220 holders at the identical Washington venue.
A second gathering occurred in April 2026 at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida, hosting 297 attendees with appearances by former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson.
Event organizers promise Trump will attend alongside three unidentified celebrity guests characterized as “legends.”
The event webpage explicitly clarifies that individual private audiences with the president will not occur. This addresses criticism from previous dinners where participants reported minimal interaction with Trump.

TRUMP traded at approximately $2.04 on Oct. 1. This represents roughly a 97% decline from the token’s all-time high near $74, which occurred days after its January 2025 introduction.

Following the dinner announcement, the token experienced a brief 10% surge before returning to previous trading levels.
Blockchain analytics firm Nansen released research in July showing aggregate holder losses of $3.81 billion through June’s end. The investigation examined activity across nearly 989,000 digital wallets.
Nansen’s findings revealed that approximately two-thirds of TRUMP purchasers experienced financial losses. Under 500,000 wallets showed profits, predominantly those belonging to initial investors.
Trump’s personal financial disclosure documents indicate $636 million in memecoin-related compensation. These same filings reveal minimum cryptocurrency earnings exceeding $1.4 billion overall.
According to the project’s official website, two Trump-affiliated entities control 80% of total token circulation. This allocation follows a three-year graduated release mechanism.
Public Citizen, a nonprofit accountability organization, calculated in August that Trump family cryptocurrency ventures left investors $4.7 billion in the red since 2022. The organization attributed $3.2 billion of these losses specifically to the memecoin.
<h3 id="congressional-ethics-concerns-and-regulatory-scrutiny">Congressional Ethics Concerns and Regulatory Scrutiny</h3>
Senators Elizabeth Warren, Adam Schiff, and Richard Blumenthal submitted formal correspondence following the April dinner requesting information about guest screening procedures and financial structures. They contended these gatherings present ethical conflicts.
Warren and Blumenthal subsequently petitioned the SEC in August to examine potential fraud or improper insider advantages related to the token. The commission has not publicly disclosed any enforcement proceedings stemming from this request.
Senator Chris Coons characterized the November gathering as “corruption” through social media platform Bluesky earlier this week.
The dinner announcement arrives after the Senate rejected the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act last month. This proposed legislation aimed to establish regulatory frameworks for cryptocurrency oversight.
Democratic lawmakers argued the bill’s ethics provisions inadequately restricted government officials’ cryptocurrency involvement. Every present Democrat opposed the measure during the Sept. 15 vote.
For the upcoming November function, event organizers have prohibited attendance by residents of sanctioned nations, including Russia, Iran, and North Korea. The final leaderboard snapshot determining VIP qualification occurs on Nov. 12, with the dinner proceeding ten days afterward on Nov. 22.
