Polkadot

DOT has now pushed into the same $1.2736 level three times this month without a clean break above it.&nbsp;
This <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/polkadot-price-prediction-dot-breakout-new-high" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Polkadot price prediction</a> looks at whether the third try is the one that finally works, with $1.1422 the level to hold.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-dot-technical-analysis-span-span">DOT Technical Analysis</h2>
DOT spent May and June in a steady decline, falling from around $1.30 to a low near $0.75 by early August.<img alt="DOT Technical Analysis" src="https://d3iuzwoiyg9qa8.cloudfront.net/webadmin/storage/public/commonEditerImage/IDdSFmz8ZzztJdpCpfTsVxMLHadCbCMk04v55dpS.png" width="300" title="DOT Technical Analysis">
Since then, the recovery has come in bursts. <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/polkadot-price-prediction-october-2026" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">A sharp jump</a> in early September took the price to about $1.19, then it pulled back to around $1.05, and a second climb through September pushed DOT up to $1.2736.
That level has now turned back three separate attempts: around September 19 to 20, again around September 27, and now today, with the <a href="https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/polkadot-new/" rel="noopener noreferrer">DOT price today</a> sitting at $1.2050 up 5% after touching a high of $1.2192.&nbsp;
Each pullback between these attempts has landed higher than the one before it, which shows buyers gaining ground even while the ceiling holds.
Both EMAs sit below price and continue to slope upward. The 20 EMA is at $1.1362 and the 50 EMA at $1.0329. The $1.1422 level, a recent swing low, is the closest support if today's push toward <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/polkadot-price-prediction-can-dot-hit-2-bullish-200-ema" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">resistance fails again</a>.

Bull case: A third test with a rising floor beneath it often ends differently than the first two. A confirmed close above $1.2736 would clear a level that has held for about two weeks, opening the way toward $1.6448.
Bear case: Three failed attempts at the same level are also a sign sellers are still firmly in control there. A close back below $1.1422 would break <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/polkadot-price-prediction-analyst-eye-massive-dot-rally" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">the pattern</a> of higher lows and put the EMA zone down to $1.0329 in play.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-polkadot-price-prediction-can-polkadot-reach-2-span-span">Polkadot Price Prediction: Can Polkadot Reach $2?</h2>
$2.0023 is the highest level marked on the chart. Reaching it would require DOT to first clear $1.2736, the level that has held three times running, and then $1.6448. That's a long path from a recovery that only started at $0.75 in early August.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-polkadot-price-prediction-2026-expert-view-span-span">Polkadot Price Prediction 2026: Expert View</h2>
<a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/price-prediction" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">According to CoinGabbar analysts</a>, three tests of the same resistance with a rising floor underneath is a genuine squeeze, and squeezes like this eventually resolve one way or the other.&nbsp;
The recovery from the August low remains intact either way, but a confirmed close above $1.2736, not another wick into it, is what would actually confirm this is the breakout rather than a fourth rejection in the making.
