Quant has turned into one of the loudest movers in the <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/tag/altcoin" style="font-size: 16px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">altcoin market</a> this week, with little sign of the momentum slowing.&nbsp;
After a long stretch of quiet, range-bound trading, buyers have stepped back in with real conviction, pushing the network's native asset into a phase where every fresh close challenges a new boundary.&nbsp;
This Quant price prediction looks at what is fueling the move, how traders are positioned, what the wallet data reveals, and whether the strength can carry the token into new territory or whether a cooldown is more realistic.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-qnt-price-today-reading-the-current-setup-span-span">QNT Price Today: Reading the Current Setup</h2>
Quant (QNT) is changing hands near $96.89 at the time of writing, according to <a href="https://www.coinglass.com/currencies/QNT" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Coinglass data</a>, up sharply over the past 24 hours after an extended consolidation phase finally broke.<img alt="Quant price prediction, QNT price prediction, Quant price prediction 2026" src="https://d3iuzwoiyg9qa8.cloudfront.net/webadmin/storage/public/commonEditerImage/NPd5EE11tZTx0jyj94H4A54IQR1tJnaaKBELz0Nu.jpg" width="300" title="Quant price prediction, QNT price prediction, Quant price prediction 2026">
Market cap sits close to $1.15 billion, with a <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/price-prediction/megaeth-upbit-bithumb-kucoin-bitget-listing-price-prediction" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">fully diluted valuation</a> near $1.44 billion against a maximum supply of 14.88 million tokens, while circulating supply stands at 12.07 million QNT.&nbsp;
Twenty-four-hour futures volume near $198.12 million against spot volume of $18.16 million shows derivatives desks doing most of the heavy lifting in this leg higher.
<h3 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-qnt-performance-positioning-and-where-the-volume-is-coming-from-span-span">QNT Performance, Positioning, and Where the Volume Is Coming From</h3>
The strength is not a one-day story. Per Coinglass tracking, QNT is up roughly 8.18% on a 4-hour basis, 35.93% over 24 hours, and 58.52% across the past seven days, part of a run that anyone searching for a QNT price prediction 2026<img alt="Quant price prediction, QNT price prediction, Quant price prediction 2026" src="https://d3iuzwoiyg9qa8.cloudfront.net/webadmin/storage/public/commonEditerImage/Nbhwu1dB6pEbGTF9ok0V17ntGFUdOlAKgaXBU7DZ.jpg" width="300" title="Quant price prediction, QNT price prediction, Quant price prediction 2026">
would want to see 52.76% over 30 days, 42.99% over 90 days, and 39.49% year-to-date, though the token is still marginally negative over a full year.&nbsp;
Derivatives positioning is constructive but mixed: Binance's account ratio sits just above parity at 1.0251, OKX leans more aggressively long at 1.95, and Binance top-trader accounts are tilted slightly short even as top-trader positions skew long at 1.0806.&nbsp;
Liquidations confirm shorts were on the wrong side, with $438.39K wiped out over 24 hours, $387.59K of it from shorts, while volume is concentrating on LBank at $108.30M, ahead of Binance and Bybit.
<h3 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-quant-open-interest-signals-fresh-capital-not-just-short-covering-span-span">Quant Open Interest Signals Fresh Capital, Not Just Short Covering</h3>
Open interest in QNT has climbed alongside price rather than lagging behind it, currently standing near $29.43 million per Coinglass data.<img alt="Quant price prediction, QNT price prediction, Quant price prediction 2026" src="https://d3iuzwoiyg9qa8.cloudfront.net/webadmin/storage/public/commonEditerImage/9P2aQbIl8Ha88kRJB34leOmLTFl5VBYchlLMwKSL.jpg" width="300" title="Quant price prediction, QNT price prediction, Quant price prediction 2026">
That pairing of rising price with rising open interest usually points to new money entering the trade rather than shorts simply closing out, adding weight to the idea that this rally has genuine participation behind it.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-quant-holder-concentration-what-the-wallet-data-shows-span-span">Quant Holder Concentration: What the Wallet Data Shows</h2>
The <a href="https://etherscan.io/token/0x4a220e6096b25eadb88358cb44068a3248254675" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">top 100 wallets</a> control 73.60% of total supply, with the top 5 alone accounting for 47.95% of market cap and the top 10 for 53.53%.<img alt="Quant price prediction, QNT price prediction, Quant price prediction 2026" src="https://d3iuzwoiyg9qa8.cloudfront.net/webadmin/storage/public/commonEditerImage/f2fr9YlE7Bk8deyPbfT2SwWaV2m1je2ObClR5Lvw.jpg" width="300" title="Quant price prediction, QNT price prediction, Quant price prediction 2026">
Whale-tier wallets, just 0.55% of all holders, hold 84.53% of supply, and a Gini score of 0.9732 confirms a highly concentrated base, with four wallets each holding at least 1% of total supply.
While the Shrimp tier, with over 30,600 holders, controls under 0.01% of market cap between them.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-why-quant-is-in-the-spotlight-this-week-span-span">Why Quant Is in the Spotlight This Week</h2>
In a post on X, <a href="https://x.com/quantnetwork/status/2103118263227912693" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Quant Network announced</a> it is partnering with TCH to bring on-chain, programmable money to the United States, positioning itself as the interoperability layer that lets tokenized deposits move within the regulated banking system, building on work already done across the UK and Europe under what it calls the OnChainMoneyInitiative.<img alt="Quant price prediction, QNT price prediction, Quant price prediction 2026" src="https://d3iuzwoiyg9qa8.cloudfront.net/webadmin/storage/public/commonEditerImage/PMSwUHRXCTRC6ywU1UVar1BL17AbKe9lCnxjRqdX.jpg" width="300" title="Quant price prediction, QNT price prediction, Quant price prediction 2026">
News tied directly to institutional banking rails tends to draw outsized attention to infrastructure-focused tokens like QNT.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-quant-4-hour-chart-reading-the-breakout-span-span">Quant 4-Hour Chart: Reading the Breakout</h2>
On the 4-hour QNT/USD chart on Coinbase, per <a href="https://in.tradingview.com/chart/HJnaLdX9/?symbol=BITSTAMP%3ABTCUSD" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">TradingView data</a>, the token broke out of a multi-week ascending channel and cleared several resistance shelves in one aggressive push after a long consolidation.<img alt="Quant price prediction, QNT price prediction, Quant price prediction 2026" src="https://d3iuzwoiyg9qa8.cloudfront.net/webadmin/storage/public/commonEditerImage/EWaI52HU4PGCGWMWttkwcCBOzidSEYdN1oVYs0Bu.png" width="300" title="Quant price prediction, QNT price prediction, Quant price prediction 2026">
Price now trades above both its 50 and 200 EMAs, while the RSI has climbed to 89.61, deep into overbought territory, a reading that usually invites a pause or a shakeout inside an uptrend.&nbsp;
Immediate resistance sits at 97.16, then 105.18, and a stretch zone near 115.28 if buyers keep control then $150 possible in next few weeks, while support below builds at 89.86, 82.31, and 76.57.

<h3 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-key-risks-to-watch-span-span">Key Risks to Watch</h3>
An RSI above 89 raises the odds of a pullback or sideways cooldown. Whale-tier wallets controlling over 84% of supply could move price meaningfully if they take profit after this run, and any slowdown in derivatives buying or a shift in broader market sentiment could also cap momentum despite the supportive news.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-analyst-desk-view-span-span">Analyst Desk View</h2>
As per the <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/price-prediction" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">CoinGabbar analyst</a> desk, the mix of a confirmed breakout, rising open interest, a short-liquidation-heavy day, and a genuine institutional catalyst paints a constructive near-term picture, though an RSI this stretched rarely resolves in a straight line, and concentrated wallet ownership adds unpredictability worth watching.
<h3 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-conclusion-span-span">Conclusion</h3>
Quant's breakout combines technical, derivative, and fundamental strength, but overbought conditions and concentrated holder distribution mean the path to 115.28 is unlikely to be smooth.&nbsp;
Traders watching this Quant price prediction should track whether 97.16 holds as support on any retest before assuming the next leg is underway.
