Reversal

FET price remains near $0.138 as buyers defend support, while the broader daily and weekly structure still needs clear confirmation.

The green demand zone has produced repeated reactions, but bearish MACD, RSI, and moving averages still keep reversal risks elevated.

A breakout above the double-bottom neckline could strengthen recovery signals, while losing support would weaken this reversal setup.

FET price is testing a key demand zone after an extended decline, with a possible double bottom emerging while momentum indicators remain mixed across the daily and weekly charts.

The chart shows FET returning to the green demand zone after prolonged selling. FET price remains beneath several declining moving averages across the displayed higher-timeframe structure. That positioning keeps the broader trend bearish despite recent stabilization around support.

Two reactions near the same area create the early shape of a double bottom. The first recovery established support, while the latest decline tests that foundation again. A successful defense could create conditions for a broader structural recovery.

Pure8 noted that daily and weekly charts could be forming this bullish pattern. The observation remains conditional because the neckline has not been reclaimed. Further price action must confirm whether buyers can establish a higher low.

The green box therefore remains the central technical battleground for FET. Holding this region would preserve the developing reversal structure on higher timeframes. A sustained breakdown would instead weaken the double-bottom setup and restore downside pressure.

Momentum Signals Remain Mixed

Momentum indicators currently provide conflicting signals across the chart. Weekly Stochastic RSI is approaching oversold territory, showing that selling momentum has become stretched. However, oversold conditions alone cannot confirm that a durable trend reversal has started.

The MACD remains bearish, keeping the larger momentum picture under pressure. RSI also remains below stronger bullish territory, despite recent stabilization around support. Together, these readings show that buyers still need additional confirmation.

The declining moving averages add another layer of resistance above the current price. Their downward slopes reflect the persistent selling trend visible across the broader chart. Any recovery must overcome those dynamic barriers before the structure turns convincingly bullish.

Volume will also matter as FET attempts to recover from the demand zone. Recent selling produced noticeable activity near the lower part of the structure. Stronger buying volume during a rebound would provide cleaner confirmation of renewed demand.

Breakout Confirmation Becomes the Key Test

The current setup therefore depends on price confirmation rather than indicators alone. A higher low followed by a neckline breakout would strengthen the reversal case. That sequence would also begin changing the established pattern of lower highs.

The nearest recovery targets are the intermediate resistance levels above the green box. Beyond those areas, the descending moving averages remain important technical obstacles. Each reclaimed level would need to hold as support during subsequent pullbacks.

Failure to defend the green zone would change the technical picture quickly. A sustained breakdown could invalidate the developing double bottom and expose lower support. That outcome would also keep the existing bearish structure intact.

For now, the chart shows a market attempting to form a base. Oversold Stochastic RSI conditions provide room for recovery, but confirmation remains incomplete. The next decisive move should determine whether FET begins reversing or resumes its decline.
