South Korea's biggest crypto exchange just gave BlockStreet BSB Coin a big stage. Upbit listing announcement today confirmed new trading support for Blockstreet ($BSB) on August 7, 2026.
The token listing news broke as $BSB token price was already up 32.5% during the day, with $BSB reaching near $0.1791 before cooling down.

Note: Upbit may delay trading support if liquidity looks thin once deposits open
This marks BSB's first spot on Upbit. The token isn't new to exchanges, though. It already trades on Binance Alpha, Bybit, and Bitget.
Those listings came after the coin's launch earlier in 2026, so Upbit adds a much bigger, KRW-based audience on top of that existing base.

What Is BlockStreet? A Quick Look at the Project Behind BSB Token

Blockstreet crypto calls itself a DeFi project built for tokenized stocks. It wants to bring loans, leverage, and cash flow for real assets on-chain. It runs on two parts, Aqua and Everst. These parts route trades and hold collateral.
The team raised $11.5 million in funding in October 2025 as per CryptoRank data. Hack VC led the round, with other backers joining in too. That cash funds a plan the team calls a Unified Liquidity Layer for tokenized markets.
$BSB token utility covers a few main jobs:

Paying fees inside the app

Staking for lower costs and rewards

Voting on project choices, like new listings

Access to special trading pools for power users

BSB Tokenomics: Total Supply, Burns and Unlock

BSB total supply is fixed at 1 billion coins. The token allocation spread across the community, ecosystem, investors, and others as per official tokenomics outlet. Each allocation comes with its own token unlock period.

Community & users: 22.1% — vesting linearly over 5 years

Ecosystem Partners: 20.6% — vesting over 5 years

Team & Advisors: 17.3% — 1-year cliff, followed by 5-year vesting

Exchanges and Market Development: 10.65%, fully unlocked at TGE

Other major distributions include Core Investors (15.7%) — 1-year cliff, Treasury (5.65%), Liquidity (5%), andStrategic Investors (3%), every one with their own vesting structures.
Circulating supply sits near 236.3 million BSB right now. The rest unlocks over time, going to early backers and the team. Rest

Holders number close to 84,900 wallets. Fully diluted value sits near $153.7 million, and market cap sits near $36.38 million as per CoinMarketCap data.

Following the Upbit launch news, the token saw a significant jump of around 32.5%, from around $0.135 to $0.179. Later it cooled down near $0.154.

BSB trades at $0.1543 as of this writing. Here is the snapshot:

Current Price: $0.1522

24-hour change: up 15.99% (at the time writing)

24-hour volume: $582.5 million, down 18%

Market cap: $36.38 million

FDV: $153.7 million

New listings like this often spark quick BlockStreet price jumps. Fresh buyers push demand up fast, and that kind of rally tends to cool once early buyers take profit. Price often settles back down after that, closer to what real demand supports.

How Does BlockStreet BSB Coin Compare to Other Tokenized RWA Tokens

Block Street isn't the only project chasing the tokenized asset space. A few big names lead that market, and $BSB still sits well behind them.

Ondo Finance (ONDO): about $1.7 billion market cap, built for tokenized U.S. bonds and stocks through Ondo Global Markets

Centrifuge (CFG): an early leader in the space, known for tokenized private credit and a Treasury fund built with Janus Henderson

The size gap is clear. Ondo's market cap runs over 50 times bigger than Block Street's. Centrifuge also has years of track record that BSB still needs to build. The Upbit listing gives Block Street a real shot at closing some of that gap, but it enters a field where bigger, older players already hold most of the liquidity.

What Comes Next for the BlockStreet BSB Coin After the Upbit Debut

The BlockStreet still has real work to do. A full mainnet launch stays a goal for 2026 and 2027, and the team also plans to add more tokenized assets and partners.
What comes next depends on a few things. Future token unlocks could matter. Real use of Aqua and Everst could matter too. New exchange listings down the road could matter as well.
For now, the Upbit debut gives BlockStreet BSB Coin its widest audience yet. Lasting demand still depends on one thing: how fast the team ships real progress, not just a listing-day pop.
