Finding the best altcoin to buy before BNB Chain’s next upgrade requires looking at applications designed for its future capacity.

MemeToro has started foundation and architecture work with Coinsult, creating the base for an AI agent that will scan news, markets, and social sentiment. Its goal is to produce one complete memecoin launch concept every hour.

BNB Chain Targets a Faster Network

BNB Chain published its second-half 2026 roadmap on July 8 after improving BSC performance during the first half.

BSC reduced block intervals from 750 milliseconds to 450 milliseconds and increased benchmark throughput from roughly 2,800 to 5,200 transactions per second. The next phase targets another twofold increase using BEP-675, parallel execution, and dedicated channel solutions.

A separate Pasteur hard fork is scheduled for August 25 at 02:30 UTC. It will focus on system contracts, validator handling, and builder-proposed block support.

For traders considering the best altcoin to buy, these upgrades matter because faster networks can support more automated launches and agent-led transactions.

Faster BNB Transactions Will Help MemeToro Launch One Token Every Hour

MemeToro’s upcoming AI agent will continuously monitor news, market activity, and social sentiment. When it finds a relevant trend, it will generate a complete memecoin concept containing a name, ticker, reasoning, and launch manifest.

The foundation work now underway covers platform architecture, smart contracts, ERC-8004 integration, and the manifest format needed to convert an AI idea into an executable launch.

MemeToro’s planned advantages include:

One proposed launch every hour

Automated narrative detection

Structured launch manifests

Fixed-rate public funding

Programmatic wallet limits

Automatic liquidity creation

These functions could generate frequent activity, making BNB Chain’s speed and low costs central to the product.

BNB’s Future L1 Expands The Opportunity

BNB Chain is also developing a next-generation Layer 1 targeting more than 100,000 transactions per second, pre-confirmation below 50 milliseconds, and finality under one second.

The new network is expected to operate alongside BSC, with a testnet planned for late 2026 and mainnet targeted for early 2027. TxStream would remove the public mempool, while PriorityLane would reserve block space through on-chain governance.

MemeToro is being designed for compatibility with the future BNB AI Agent Chain. This makes its development timeline relevant to anyone assessing the best altcoin to buy before the infrastructure arrives.

The agent itself remains upcoming. MemeToro is currently building the architecture required to support it.

Existing BNB Activity Supports AI Applications

BNB Chain already handles more than 31 million daily transactions. Its stablecoin market capitalization exceeds $14 billion, while total value locked reached about $4.9 billion after growing 13% in native terms.

Agent infrastructure is expanding too. Pieverse connected its AI Gateway to BNB Agent Studio, allowing agents to pay for language-model calls through x402. BortOnBsc also introduced logic that detects online narratives and launches through Four.meme.

This activity shows why the best altcoin to buy narrative is moving toward agent-based applications rather than tokens using AI only as branding.

MemeToro intends to differentiate itself through hourly concepts, public manifests, and contract-enforced launches.

Stage 5 Offers Entry Before Agent Deployment

MemeToro has raised $87,351.66 during Stage 5, which is 71.02% filled. The current price is $0.00285 per $MT, compared with a planned launch price of $0.01875.

That price difference does not make $MT the best altcoin to buy automatically. The agent, fair-launch contracts, ERC-8004 integration, and testnet must still be delivered.

Coinsult is leading development, and the repository is open for public review. Contracts are not yet implemented or audited, a status MemeToro states clearly.

The best altcoin to buy before the upgrade should have a reason to use additional capacity. MemeToro’s hourly launch model provides that reason, but execution will determine whether the idea becomes real demand.

FAQs

When Will MemeToro’s AI Agent Launch?

No final launch date is confirmed. The project is currently completing architecture before developing the trend pipeline and fair-launch contracts.

Why Could BNB Upgrades Help MemeToro?

Faster confirmation, higher throughput, and agent infrastructure could reduce the cost and delay of frequent automated memecoin launches.
