<h2 id="pi-launchpad-routes-sale-proceeds-into-liquidity">Pi Launchpad Routes Sale Proceeds into Liquidity</h2><p>Pi Network (<a href="https://x.com/PiCoreTeam" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">@PiCoreTeam</a>) has used the completion of its SLICE testnet token distribution to explain the liquidity model at the heart of its Launchpad platform. Rather than directing token sale proceeds to the issuing project, the network takes a different approach. <cite>Instead of being taken by the issuing project, the Pi proceeds from a token launch go to a liquidity pool with the ecosystem token, which bootstraps a healthy liquidity foundation from the start.</cite></p><p>For the SLICE experiment, that means the pool is seeded with SLICE paired against Test Pi from the moment the launch closes.
