Ripple President Monica Long has reached another major milestone after earning double recognition on Stablecon's Most Influential 2026 list.
As highlighted by crypto researcher BankXRP, Long was honored in both the Issuer & Protocol Leaders and Top Women in Stablecoins categories, reflecting her growing influence in shaping the future of digital dollars.
The recognition comes as Ripple accelerates its expansion beyond cross-border payments with RLUSD, its U.S. dollar-backed stablecoin. Stablecon's annual rankings celebrate leaders driving innovation, adoption, and measurable impact across the stablecoin ecosystem.
Long joins executives from companies including Paxos, Ondo Finance, Frax Finance, Anchorage Digital, Custodia Bank, and Monerium, reinforcing Ripple's position among the industry's leading stablecoin innovators.
A key driver behind Long's recognition has been her leadership in taking RLUSD from concept to a fully launched, enterprise-grade stablecoin. Rather than positioning RLUSD as simply another crypto trading asset, Ripple has prioritized real-world utility across enterprise payments, institutional liquidity, decentralized finance (DeFi), and the tokenization of real-world assets.
As a result, strategy has positioned RLUSD as infrastructure for financial institutions rather than just another digital token.
This approach aligns with Ripple's broader mission of modernizing global finance through blockchain technology.
By integrating RLUSD into payment networks and tokenization initiatives, Ripple is building a compliant, dollar-backed asset designed to enable faster, lower-cost, and more efficient cross-border transactions for businesses and institutions.

Long's inclusion among the Top Women in Stablecoins also highlights the growing influence of female leaders in one of digital finance's fastest-growing sectors.
As stablecoins gain regulatory clarity and attract increasing institutional adoption, executives who can successfully bridge innovation with compliance are becoming increasingly vital to the industry's evolution.
For Ripple, the recognition extends well beyond an individual achievement. It reflects growing confidence in the company's long-term stablecoin strategy and underscores RLUSD's emergence as a cornerstone of Ripple's expanding digital asset ecosystem.
With governments introducing clearer regulatory frameworks and financial institutions embracing blockchain-powered payments, stablecoins are expected to become a critical component of the global financial system.
Well, there is more than meets the eye since Monica Long's double recognition by Stablecoin signals that Ripple is not merely participating in that shift, it is helping define it, with RLUSD playing an increasingly strategic role in the next generation of institutional finance and global payments.
