Ripple President Monica Long has earned recognition in two categories on Stablecon’s Most Influential 2026 list, highlighting Ripple’s growing presence in the competitive stablecoin market. The recognition places her among executives shaping the adoption of regulated digital assets and blockchain-based payment solutions.
Stablecon included Long in both the Issuer & Protocol Leaders and Top Women in Stablecoins categories. The annual recognition honors leaders whose work has influenced stablecoin development, blockchain infrastructure, regulation, investment, and ecosystem growth. Long’s inclusion comes as Ripple broadens the reach of its RLUSD stablecoin across institutional and payment markets. Consequently, her role has become increasingly tied to the company’s stablecoin strategy alongside its established cross-border payments business.
Stablecoin evaluates nominees using ecosystem influence, innovation, industry impact, momentum, and peer recognition. Therefore, appearing in two categories reflects recognition across multiple aspects of the digital asset industry.

Monica Long Recognized Alongside Leading Stablecoin Executives

Long joined executives from major digital asset firms, including Paxos, Ondo Finance, Frax Finance, Custodia Bank, Anchorage Digital, and Monerium, in the Issuer & Protocol Leaders category. Additionally, she was one of only two Ripple-associated executives recognized in the Top Women in Stablecoins category.
The recognition highlights Ripple’s growing footprint in the stablecoin sector as competition among issuers intensifies. Moreover, it reflects the company’s efforts to position RLUSD as a regulated digital dollar for enterprise and institutional use. Ripple launched RLUSD to support faster settlements and expand digital payment options for businesses. Since then, the company has introduced additional integrations designed to increase the stablecoin’s utility across financial services.
Long has played a central role in that strategy. She has regularly outlined Ripple’s plans for regulated stablecoins, tokenized assets, and payment innovation during industry events and public discussions. Besides overseeing RLUSD’s rollout, Long has helped strengthen Ripple’s relationships with financial institutions exploring blockchain-based payment infrastructure. Those initiatives have supported the company’s broader objective of expanding adoption of regulated digital assets.
Stablecon’s selection also reflects how industry leadership extends beyond launching a stablecoin. Instead, the recognition considers product adoption, ecosystem growth, strategic execution, and influence across the broader blockchain sector.

Ripple has steadily increased RLUSD’s presence through additional payment integrations and institutional partnerships. Furthermore, the company has positioned the stablecoin as part of its long-term strategy for regulated digital finance.
As more financial firms introduce competing stablecoins, industry recognition increasingly reflects measurable adoption and sustained ecosystem development. Long’s inclusion on Stablecon’s Most Influential 2026 list aligns with Ripple’s broader efforts to strengthen its position within that market.
Monica Long’s dual recognition on Stablecon’s Most Influential 2026 list highlights both her leadership and Ripple’s expanding role in the stablecoin sector. The recognition also reflects the company’s growing efforts to increase RLUSD adoption across institutional payments and regulated digital finance.
