Five days after shutting down its wallet app, it has dropped a far bigger notice: the entire website and testnet are next. If you're still holding Gems, quiz streaks, or hopes tied to a future XENE Token price, this changes what you should be watching for.
The project says it's handling things "through the correct legal process" — but what does that actually mean for your Xenea Airdrop eligibility? Here's what most reports aren't telling you.

What Xenea Wallet Announced This Time?

This latest piece of Xenea crypto news landed on its official X account, where the team told followers it is facing significant difficulty continuing its operations as planned. This is separate from — and bigger than — the wallet app shutdown users were already tracking, and it marks the most serious service shutdown news the community has seen yet.
The project confirmed two things will happen soon: the official website will become inaccessible, and the Ubusuna testnet, which had stayed operational through the wallet's closure, will also be suspended. This new Xenea wallet update effectively ends the last two ways most users had left to interact with the ecosystem.
The user matters will be addressed "responsibly and in accordance with the correct legal process," and the company asked the community to trust only its official X account and Telegram channel going forward, warning against relying on any other source.

Why This Shutdown News Matters?

For an EVM Layer 1 project built around AI data governance and decentralized storage, losing both the public website and the live testnet removes the visible proof-of-progress that backed months of community participation.
More than 500,000 users had engaged with missions, referrals, and the Daily Quiz, chasing eventual XENE Wallet rewards. With Xenea testnet and faucet access now at risk, anyone still building or testing on Ubusuna has a shrinking window to act.
For anyone catching up on news for the first time, the sequence matters: quiz rewards ended first, the app followed on July 9, and now the website and testnet are being flagged as next. Each step has stripped away one more piece of the ecosystem users relied on to track their standing.

Key Details Traders Are Tracking

Xenea Shutdown date: The wallet app itself went dark on July 9, 2026, at 06:00 UTC; the website and testnet suspension dates have not been fixed yet.

No confirmed Xenea wallet listing date, exchange listing, or Xenea Token price has ever been published.

Users who exported private keys before July 9 can still access assets via MetaMask or another EVM-compatible wallet.

No official statement has reversed or clarified how accumulated Gems factor into any future Airdrop.

What to Watch Next?

The next formal update — expected only through its official X handle and Telegram — should reveal whether the "legal process" language points to restructuring, a shutdown, or a delayed relaunch. The absence of a Token Generation Event timeline is now the single biggest open question hanging over the community.
Traders who missed early positioning in similar reward-app collapses know this pattern: silence after a vague statement rarely ends with better news for token holders. Whether that holds here depends entirely on what platform publishes next.
Community sentiment around this shutdown has also shifted sharply. Replies to the official post range from requests for refund clarity to accusations that months of quiz and mission activity were never going to convert into real rewards. It has not directly addressed those accusations, and until it does, expect speculation to fill the gap left by official silence.

Conclusion

The update has gone from shutting down its app to warning that its website and testnet are next, leaving its 500,000-plus community without a clear roadmap or listing date. Until the next official post lands, private key backups and skepticism remain every user's best protection.
